How It Works
1. Send Us a Referral
Fill out our quick referral form with your friend’s contact information
2. We Connect & Evaluate
Our team will reach out, set up a meeting, and check if their home is a great fit for our rental portfolio.
3. They Join Tahoe Signature Properties
Once they sign a one-year property management agreement, and allow for a minimum of 220 days for guests and we’ll get to work onboarding their home and preparing it for success!
4. You Both Get Paid!
