Dana Moraru was born in a small country in South-East of Europe, called Moldova. After graduating with bachelors in Accounting and Finance, she moved to the States and started working for a local Property Management Company in 2008. She founded Tahoe Signature Properties in 2012 and has been enjoying every minute of it.

Our commission will include the following, but not limited to:

Scheduling of Services

Our cleaning and maintenance staff is trained and supervised to insure the service exceeds your expectations, we only work with eco-friendly cleaning products and are committed to provide a safe, chemical free home upon your arrival.

Professional Accounting

Each month, at the beginning of the month, you’ll receive an owner statement, at the end of each year, you’ll receive a 1099 for tax purposes, and we’ll file and apply with the appropriate tax agency on your behalf each quarter.

Pre-Arrival & Post-Departure Inspections

This is a thorough inspection of the property to make sure all lights, appliances, heater… are working, hot tub, when applicable, has been serviced, snow removal done, all supplies have been provided and that the guests will arrive to a welcoming home. After departure inspection is conducted to assess the condition of the property, detect any damages and close it down properly.

Operational Fees aren't Passed on to You

At Tahoe Signature Properties we believe that credit card fees, professional photography and advertising fees are operational costs that are part of doing business and aren’t passed on to you, you’ll only be charges management fees when your home is rented, otherwise, there are no surcharges, up-charges or hidden fees.

We Will Provide Supplies

This is done for each guest before their arrival, including: toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent and dishwashing pods, brand new sponge, trash bags and bathroom liners.

Bi-Annual Property Inspection

When things slow down a bit, we conduct a property inspection to insure everything is working properly, take care of any maintenance issues, restock and resupply the property.
