As you enter the home, you’re greeted by a bright open-plan living space with beautiful cathedral ceilings and high-quality furnishings. With a large dining area, comfortable living room, large kitchen, and adjacent lounge area, the design for the main living area is elegantly executed. The dining area offers an eight-seat table with modern, upholstered chairs, an ideal space to host large dinner parties. In warm weather, guests can also choose to dine at the outdoor dining table on the large, private main-floor patio, complete with a BBQ and Adirondack chairs to relax and enjoy the outdoors in comfort. In the renovated kitchen, guests will find a contemporary chalet-style space that has been thoughtfully designed and thoroughly stocked to provide guests or hired chefs ample space to work. With additional kitchen bar seating, you can keep the chef company while they work or enjoy a casual cup of coffee on a sunny morning! On the lower level of this home, guests will find an ultimate lounge area. With a casual living area, wet bar, full bathroom, and two extra bedrooms, this lower level is the perfect place for guests to kick back. The large plush sectional and wall-mounted flatscreen provide an ideal space to watch your favorite movies or stream your favorite series. The wet bar, designed similarly to the main kitchen, offers plenty of storage and a full-sized fridge as well as a small table for casual dining and snacking. With a four-piece bathroom, a double twin bedroom, and a bright queen bedroom, there is plenty of space for your entire party to sleep comfortably. Booking your stay at Exquisite Alpine Chalet provides you with access to the Tahoe Donner Association clubhouse, which includes two swimming pools, three hot tubs, two saunas, and a fitness center. You can also enjoy the golf course and tennis courts, as well as the private beach at the east end of Donner Lake. During the winter, Tahoe Donner Ski Resort is the perfect place for alpine recreation and is known for its excellent kids’ programs and lessons! With a great pizza place and casual restaurant in the neighborhood, incredible activities, and amenities just minutes away from the property, when you stay at Exquisite Alpine Chalet, you can find everything you need without having to venture away from the peaceful Northwoods area!Â
Important Notice About Tahoe Donner Amenities:
Tahoe Donner Association has announced new access blackouts and limitations for Short-Term Tenant Access Cards. During these blackout periods, short-term rental guests (including those staying with Tahoe Signature Properties) will not have access to Tahoe Donner amenities.
Our properties are registered as Short-Term Rental Tenant members, which are subject to these blackout restrictions.
We recommend checking the official Tahoe Donner Association website before booking to verify whether your travel dates may be affected:

Refunds cannot be provided for cancellations related to these blackout dates.

Each eligible property is issued six guest cards to access the recreation amenities available through the Tahoe Donner Association. Guests who fail to leave all six guest cards in the home will be subject to a $100 fine per missing card. Children 3 and under are free.
Please note that blackout schedules are set solely by the Tahoe Donner Association and may change at their discretion.

- Maximum Occupancy: 12
- Parking Spots: 5; During snowfall, street parking is not allowed due to snow removal. All vehicles must be parked off the street promptly so plows can operate.
- Town of Truckee:Â 029924
- Maximum 2 pets allowed; $100/pet fee must be paid before check-in.
- Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May.
- In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required. If your car is not equipped with either, please be sure to have chains.
- We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, as required by Town of Truckee regulations.
- Full Terms and Conditions are supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation.
- Rental Agreement contract is required for booking to be confirmed and must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation.
*Agreement must be signed by occupants aged 25 or older.
