We get that plans can change! If you cancel outside of 14 days before your arrival date, you’ll get a full refund. However, if you have to cancel within 14 days of your arrival, we’ll do our best to re-book the property at the same rate so that we can refund your payment less a 25% cancellation fee.
If we are able to re-book the property but at a lower rate you will receive a refund equal to the lower rate less a 25% cancellation fee.
If we are unable to re-book the property, no refund will be issued excluding taxes and cleaning fee.
In the event that you are unable to arrive on time to your booking or if you have to depart early due to road closure, inclement weather, health problems, fires in the basins which do not require evacuation, or disruption of utility services, we do not offer refunds or partial refunds.
