The freedom of riding a bike on a cool spring day is one we all can enjoy, and this festival has events for men, women, and children of all skill levels at the Truckee Bike Park! Featuring competitive jumping, jump jams, slalom races and so much more, even if you don’t ride a bike, watching the talented competitors show off their mad skills is worth the trip! Donner Party Mountain Runners Picnic and Runs, Prosser Ranch Campground
We love the outdoors, and any time we can find something new to do outside, we jump right on it. The Donner Party Mountain Runners Picnic and Runs is a relatively new Memorial Day in Lake Tahoe event that has been taking place for five years. Costing absolutely nothing and giving participants an opportunity to strut their stuff, enjoy food and drinks (you provide your own plates, cups, and silverware, preferably reusable) and simply enjoy another day in paradise!
