Our housekeepers & inspectors are provided with their own protective equipment and are certified by VRHP (Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals) in COVID-19 cleaning procedures to protect themselves and our guests. We follow CDC recommendations to ensure everyone’s safety.
FRESH LINENS
Our towels and linens are laundered and sanitized professionally at high temperatures to ensure the health of all of our guests. Protective equipment is on when handling linens.
HIGH TRAFFIC AREAS
Every square foot of space in our vacation rentals is thoroughly vacuumed or mopped to protect the health of our guests. Our mission is to ensure your stay is the best it can be and that you are as comfortable as possible.
HIGH-TOUCH, DEEP CLEANING AREAS
We utilize CDC recommended cleaners to eliminate germs including the COVID-19 virus on all high touch areas in our vacation rentals including, but not limited to: switches and controls, handles & knobs, bathroom surfaces, bath amenities, hard surfaces, closet goods, and other tangible items.
ELECTROSTATIC DISINFECTION
At Tahoe Signature Properties, we are always utilizing new technology to improve our standards. Electrostatic sprayers use an electrostatically charged disinfecting mist to sanitize surfaces and objects throughout our vacation rentals.
