We had a lovely stay at this spot and their interior decorator clearly has great taste! The location has a superior walking score - central to Safeway, the beach and some yummy restaurants. The suite included all the amenities necessary including but not limited to shower toiletries, kitchen utensils and games. Tucked in the Aspen and right on the lake this unit truly lends itself to the idyllic Tahoe experience

Tahoe Signature Properties is the best! Incredibly responsive and accommodating which was nice. Location of rental is perfect as once you park everything is within walking distance.

This is my second time staying here. Loved the location and the proximity to the beach. I will say it would be nice if they had chairs for use that you could take to the beach with you - it’s not super convenient to buy some when you’re visiting. There are public tables there but, you can’t sit near the water. Does that warrant taking off stars?? No lol it’s a first world problem… The home was cozy, comfy & had what you needed to be able to feel like you were home. We will definitely be back if we’re ever back in the area.

This place was great! Host was very helpful and responsive, the location was wonderful and the apartment had everything you could need. The only negative I would say is there is a bit of noise from the road so if you’re a light sleeper it could be challenging.

We had an excellent stay in Kings Beach. It was extremely easy to book with Tahoe Signature Properties, their customer service was phenomenal and the unit was exactly as pictured and described. I’ll definitely be using them for future reservations!

Great location with easy access to the lake. Quiet, clean and comfortable. The bed and linens were great! I do believe the unit needs some TLC, a little paint and the floor tiles in the bathroom need to be re-grouted. Also a new outdoor porch chair is needed as the one provided is broken. I would recommend this unit to others, especially if you're looking for some quiet relaxation.

Very cozy and warm feeling stay! We enjoyed the very short walk to the beach and roughly a 15min drive to Northstar resort. Plenty of cooking utensils for whatever you would like to cook and a grocery store about 2 mins down the street. They also have a cieling fan and two stand alone fans which is a nice touch or if you like the whitenouse. The hosts were very responsive and we would certainly stay here again..

This was a great spot to stay when in the Tahoe snowy winter wonderland! Walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Complex is right on the lake with a great beach. It was a comfy and cozy place to relax and cook a meal at the end of the day. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies. We had a great time after a big winter storm walking on the snow covered beaches. Highly recommend this gem for a Tahoe getaway!

Staying at the condo at Sweetbriar had all of the elements of the perfect weekend. Easy access, Lake Tahoe just outside your doorstep, comfortable accomodations and beautiful surroundings. The Garden Suite is airy and relaxing, and cozy all at the same time. Kitchen, Bathroom and Bedroom are generously equipped and roomy. Living and Dining are just right for socializing and the gas fireplace gives the perfect ambiance for people sitting around the table while visiting. I would most definitely recommend this as a destination that is easy to get to and has a great "get away" vibe when you are there.

Great location for a summer stay in North Lake Tahoe... Grocery store is right across the street, lots of restaurants within walking distance, the beach is right out the door. Easy drive to other parts of the lake. The condo was lovely, clean and comfortable. It was well stocked with basic necessities and felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again!

This little condo is everything you could need or want from an Airbnb. It was adorable and so clean, with fresh towels and linens available in excess. The self-check in was very helpful because we didn’t have to worry about keys or meeting up with anyone. The location is AMAZING, within walking distance to many restaurants and a grocery store. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cute little homey place in Lake Tahoe!

Loved this condo. I was hesitant at first because the listing itself didn’t have many reviews, but the host did so we took a chance and booked. Place was spotless, amenities were up-to-date, and it was centrally located for North Tahoe. Communication with the host was great and check-in/checkout details were perfect! We had no issues and would book again.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this place. Thank you so much! Here are pros and cons. Pros: The instruction was very clear. The unit is just as shown in the pictures (actually, I thought it's better than pictures). Clean, Stylish, Modern and Cozy. Kitchen is fully equipped (although we brought everything from our house because of Covid and didn't use any kitchen item provided by the unit except for the toaster). Great amenities throughout the rest of the house. It's conveniently located. In front of the lake and there is a partial view of it from the window. Very quiet even though it's close to the busy road. Cons: There were only two bath towels provided even though there were three of us. The instruction said to always keep the heater on and never lower it below 66 degrees, but when we got to the unit, the heater was off (we didn't know that until next morning and it was really cold when we woke up!). The fan in the bathroom would not stop even when we switched off the bathroom lights (it wasn't loud, though).

This was an awesome modern, mountain chic condo. It’s steps from the lake and the Safeway is right across the street. Kitchen is well stocked, loved the gas fireplace and spacious feel. Had a great stay here, perfect for a ski getaway!

My fiancé and I stayed in the Sweetbriar Garden Suite for 10 days in January 2021 and had an amazing time! The location is unbeatable (15 minute drive to Northstar, right on the lake for beautiful sunsets, and less than a block to the grocery store), and the apartment was just as pictured. There were also many thoughtful touches throughout, and the kitchen was full equipped. We had a few technical (internet, key pad) issues, but the host was extremely responsive and resolved everything within a few minutes. We'll definitely use Tahoe Signature Properties from now on for North Lake Tahoe trips. Thank you, team!

My family and I had a great time staying here! Modern and well-maintained property with easy access to the lake and walking distance to most restaurants, coffee shops, etc. For people who like to sleep in, the bedroom gets a lot of early morning sun. (Not a dealbreaker, just an FYI). Would definitely book this property again!
