Ski-inspired details throughout are a subtle nod to Tahoe's mountain lifestyle, including vintage skis and striking alpine photography.

The bedrooms are equally inviting, with luxurious linens, layered bedding and plush pillows creating comfortable retreats at the end of an adventure-filled day. With two generous primary suites, three king bedrooms and plenty of space to spread out, the home feels equally suited to a family vacation or a getaway shared by several couples.

Main Level – Gather With a View

Sierra Sky Lodge features a reverse floor plan designed to make the most of its elevated setting. Step inside and you're immediately greeted by soaring vaulted wood ceilings and large windows framing the expansive mountain and valley views beyond.

The open-concept main level brings together the living room, dining area and kitchen beneath warm wood ceilings. The living room centers around a beautiful stone fireplace and oversized sectional, creating a comfortable gathering place that still feels refined. Contemporary furnishings are balanced by warm woods and mountain-inspired accents, giving the space an unmistakably Tahoe feel without leaning too rustic.

The spacious kitchen is designed for gathering, with generous prep space, stainless steel appliances, double ovens and a gas cooktop. Just beyond, the dining area sits surrounded by windows and treetop views, an inviting setting for everything from leisurely breakfasts to dinner with the whole group.

Doors lead directly onto the expansive deck, extending the living space outdoors. Dine alfresco at the outdoor table, stretch out on the lounge chairs, or slip into the private hot tub while taking in the panoramic Sierra views. With seemingly endless forest, mountains and sky ahead, this is easily one of the home's most memorable spaces.

Also located on the main level is the first primary suite, a serene retreat with a king bed, beautiful mountain views and soft, layered linens. The spacious en-suite bathroom features a double vanity, soaking tub and walk-in closet.

Lower Level – Games, Sauna & Room to Unwind

Downstairs, the mood becomes a little more playful while maintaining the same warm mountain style.

At the center is the game room with pool table and wet bar, complete with a beautiful live-edge wood bar and ski-inspired artwork. It's an easy place to pour a drink, start a friendly pool tournament or settle in for an evening at home after a day exploring Tahoe.

Three additional bedrooms are located on this level.

The second primary suite offers a king bed dressed in plush linens, a dedicated desk, walk-in closet and private en-suite bathroom with double vanity, separate shower and soaking tub.

The third bedroom also features a king bed, while the fourth offers a twin-over-queen bunk bed and dedicated desk, making it a versatile space for kids, teens or additional guests. A full shared bathroom serves these bedrooms.

And for a little après-ski luxury, the lower level also includes a private sauna, a particularly welcome place to relax tired muscles after skiing, hiking, biking or a day spent exploring the mountains.

Perched among the peaceful pines of Tahoe Donner, Sierra Sky Lodge offers a scenic home base for year-round mountain adventures. Spend winter days skiing at Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Resort, exploring cross-country and snowshoe trails, or heading to Northstar and other North Lake Tahoe ski resorts.
In warmer months, enjoy hiking and mountain biking, Tahoe Donner Golf Course, and sunny days at Donner Lake. Guests may also enjoy access to select Tahoe Donner Association amenities, including pools, hot tubs, fitness facilities, tennis courts, and the private Beach Club Marina at Donner Lake. Guest fees, passes, seasonal availability, blackout dates, and restrictions may apply.
Donner Lake and Lake Tahoe offer swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, fishing, and endless outdoor recreation, while Historic Downtown Truckee is just a short drive away for restaurants, breweries, cafés, boutiques, and local events. Important Notice: Tahoe Donner Amenities Blackout Period

Tahoe Donner Association has announced new access blackouts and limitations for Short-Term Tenant Access Cards. During these blackout periods, short-term rental guests (including those staying with Tahoe Signature Properties) will not have access to Tahoe Donner amenities.
Our properties are registered as Short-Term Rental Tenant members, which are subject to these blackout restrictions.

Refunds cannot be provided for cancellations related to these blackout dates.

There is a per-person, per-day fee to access the club amenities, and rates are subject to change. Please refer to the TDA website for details: https://www.tahoedonner.com/amenities/

Each eligible property is issued six guest cards to access the recreation amenities available through the Tahoe Donner Association. Guests who fail to leave all six guest cards in the home will be subject to a $100 fine per missing card. Children 3 and under are free.

Please note that blackout schedules are set solely by the Tahoe Donner Association and may change at their discretion.

- Maximum Occupancy: 10;
- Parking Spots: 4; The home has a one-to-two-car garage, with additional parking in the driveway for one to two cars. During snowfall, street parking is not allowed due to snow removal. All vehicles must be parked off the street promptly so plows can operate.
- Town of Truckee:
- Maximum 2 pets allowed; $100/pet fee must be paid before check-in.
- Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May.
- Two exterior security cameras are installed at the property.
- In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required. If your car is not equipped with either, please be sure to have chains.
- We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, as required by Town of Truckee regulations.
- Full Terms and Conditions are supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation.
- Rental Agreement contract is required for booking to be confirmed and must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation.
*Agreement must be signed by occupants aged 25 or older.

Wildlife Notice

Please note that this home is located in North Lake Tahoe, where wildlife, including bears, may be present. Bear sightings are not uncommon in the area and can occur even when no food or attractants are left outside.

For your safety and the safety of the local bears, as well as to minimize the chance of encounters, please follow these guidelines:
• Keep all doors and windows closed and locked, especially at night
• Do not leave food, trash, or scented items outside or in vehicles
• Properly dispose of garbage in designated bear-proof bins
• Avoid approaching, feeding, or disturbing any wildlife
