Main Level | Gather Around the Fire

The heart of the home is the open living area, where vaulted wood ceilings, large windows, and a beautiful wood-burning stone fireplace create that unmistakable Tahoe atmosphere. Sink into the sectional after a day on the mountain, light a fire, and enjoy an easy evening together.

Just beyond, the dining area offers plenty of room for shared meals, while the gourmet kitchen brings plenty of personality of its own. Custom cabinetry, stone countertops, and a striking vintage-style AGA range give the space an old-world mountain charm that feels perfectly at home at Oslo Manor. It’s a kitchen made for lingering, whether you're flipping pancakes before a ski day, cooking a big family dinner, or pouring a glass of wine while someone else takes over at the stove.

Also on the main level is an en-suite bedroom with a twin-over-queen bunk, offering a comfortable and convenient space for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. A half bathroom and dedicated laundry room complete this floor.

Upstairs | Games, Movies & Room to Spread Out

Head upstairs and you'll find an entirely different space to gather.

The open loft becomes your own game room, complete with a pool table and dart board, perfect for a little friendly competition after a day exploring Tahoe.

Nearby, a separate family room with a TV and oversized sectional creates a second place to relax. Settle in for movie night, give the kids their own hangout, or simply enjoy having two distinct living areas when traveling with a larger group.

Primary Suite | A Retreat of Its Own

The spacious upstairs primary suite offers a peaceful escape within the home, featuring a king bed and dedicated desk for those who need to fit in a little work between adventures.

The adjoining bathroom feels like a retreat all its own, with a soaking tub, separate shower, and fireplace. After a cold day on the slopes, a long soak with the fire going might just become your favorite part of the house.

Two additional bedrooms are also located upstairs. One is furnished with two twin beds, while the fourth bedroom features two twin-over-twin bunk beds, making it an especially fun setup for kids and families. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom.

Set in the peaceful pines of Tahoe Donner, Oslo Manor puts year-round mountain adventure within easy reach. Spend winter days skiing at Tahoe Donner Ski Resort, explore nearby cross-country and snowshoe trails, or head out to the region’s larger ski resorts for a full day on the slopes.

When summer arrives, enjoy hiking and mountain biking trails, rounds at Tahoe Donner Golf Course, and sunny days at Donner Lake. Guests may also enjoy access to select Tahoe Donner Association amenities, including pools, hot tubs, fitness facilities, tennis courts, and the private Beach Club Marina at Donner Lake. Guest fees, passes, seasonal availability, and restrictions may apply.

Donner Lake and Lake Tahoe offer even more opportunities for swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, hiking, and exploring the outdoors.

When you're ready for a slower pace, Historic Downtown Truckee is just a short drive away, with local restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and the charm of a classic mountain town.

Important Notice: Tahoe Donner Amenities Blackout Period

Tahoe Donner Association has announced new access blackouts and limitations for Short-Term Tenant Access Cards. During these blackout periods, short-term rental guests (including those staying with Tahoe Signature Properties) will not have access to Tahoe Donner amenities.
Our properties are registered as Short-Term Rental Tenant members, which are subject to these blackout restrictions.

Refunds cannot be provided for cancellations related to these blackout dates.

There is a per-person, per-day fee to access the club amenities, and rates are subject to change. Please refer to the TDA website for details: https://www.tahoedonner.com/amenities/

Each eligible property is issued six guest cards to access the recreation amenities available through the Tahoe Donner Association. Guests who fail to leave all six guest cards in the home will be subject to a $100 fine per missing card. Children 3 and under are free.

Please note that blackout schedules are set solely by the Tahoe Donner Association and may change at their discretion.

- Maximum Occupancy: 10;
- Parking Spots: 4; The home has a two-car garage, with additional parking in the driveway for one to two cars. During snowfall, street parking is not allowed due to snow removal. All vehicles must be parked off the street promptly so plows can operate.
- Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May.
- Two exterior security cameras are installed at the property.
- In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required. If your car is not equipped with either, please be sure to have chains.
- We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, as required by Town of Truckee regulations.
- Full Terms and Conditions are supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation.
- Rental Agreement contract is required for booking to be confirmed and must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation.
*Agreement must be signed by occupants aged 25 or older.

Wildlife Notice

Please note that this home is located in North Lake Tahoe, where wildlife, including bears, may be present. Bear sightings are not uncommon in the area and can occur even when no food or attractants are left outside.

For your safety and the safety of the local bears, as well as to minimize the chance of encounters, please follow these guidelines:
• Keep all doors and windows closed and locked, especially at night
• Do not leave food, trash, or scented items outside or in vehicles
• Properly dispose of garbage in designated bear-proof bins
• Avoid approaching, feeding, or disturbing any wildlife
