MAIN FLOOR
As you step inside this beautiful home, you are welcomed by bright open-plan living areas with large windows and lots of natural light. The living room is the perfect place to unwind and relax with a large, plush sectional that provides plenty of seating for everyone, a flatscreen TV, and a fireplace. Curl up with a good book or enjoy movie and game nights with the whole family!

The large, bright, fully equipped kitchen is a great place to work and cook together, with its top-of-the-line appliances and generous counter space. The dining area features a large rustic table with lots of seating, perfect for those family dinners.

Step out to the patio off the living room and enjoy the stunning views of the Sierra Mountains while you BBQ or just sit and enjoy the peace and quiet.

The primary suite is large and bright with a king bed and nice linens. You also have a private patio where you can enjoy coffee in the morning, a walk-in closet, and a large ensuite with a double vanity and shower room.


LOWER FLOOR 
The lower floor features a second sitting area with comfy leather chairs and a flat-screen TV. The secondary suite is a bright, calming space with a king-sized bed fitted with high-end linens and a large ensuite that features a double vanity, water closet with tub and shower combo. The guest room features a king bed and flatscreen TV. Both bedrooms have private access to the lower patio where you can relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air with a nightcap or morning coffee. The three-piece lower-floor bathroom features a walk-in shower and vanity and has been nicely updated.

Please note: In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are highly recommended. If your car is not equipped with both, please be sure to have chains.

Located in the Tahoe Donner neighborhood, guests are just minutes away from the Tahoe Donner Ski Resort, Tahoe Donner Golf Course and have access to the Tahoe Donner Association’s clubhouse, which features two swimming pools, three hot tubs, two saunas, tennis courts, a cardio room, and a weight room. There are nearby hiking and biking trails and guests also get access to the private beach at the east end of Donner Lake! 

Both Donner Lake and Lake Tahoe are nearby, where you can go swimming, paddleboarding, and kayaking, hiking, biking and more! Truckee is also known for its charming historic downtown area that features several boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. Whether you are looking for a place to relax and unwind or a place to explore and adventure, this property is the perfect place to call home during your stay!

Please note: each eligible property is issued 6 guest cards to access the recreation amenities available in Tahoe Donner Association.  Guests that fail to leave all 6 guest cards in the home after checkout will be subject to a $100 fine per missing card. Children under the age of 3 are free.
