The light filled main living area features soaring wood ceilings, exposed beams, expansive forest views, warm hardwood floors, and a striking stone fireplace. The open layout connects the living room, dining area, and well equipped kitchen, creating a comfortable gathering space for shared meals, fireside conversations, and memorable evenings together.

The thoughtful layout provides both privacy and space for families and friends traveling together.

On the lower level, guests will find a king bedroom with an attached private bathroom, a convenient half bathroom, and a dedicated game room. The game room features arcade games, video games, children’s toys, and plenty of room to relax after a day of Tahoe adventures.

The main level includes a second king bedroom with an attached private bathroom and two bunk rooms that provide flexible sleeping arrangements for children and larger groups. The bunk rooms share an additional full bathroom located on this level.

The entire upper level is dedicated to the third king suite, creating a peaceful and private retreat. This spacious level includes a large full bathroom and a cozy reading nook, perfect for enjoying a quiet morning or unwinding with a book at the end of the day.

Step outside and enjoy the peaceful forest setting from the spacious deck. Soak beneath the pines in the private hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or slow down on the outdoor swing. Surrounded by the peaceful pines of Tahoe Donner, Evergreen Modern Lodge offers a spacious home base for year-round Truckee adventures. Spend winter days skiing at Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Resort, exploring cross-country and snowshoe trails, or heading to Northstar and other North Lake Tahoe ski resorts.
In warmer months, enjoy nearby hiking and mountain biking trails, play a round at Tahoe Donner Golf Course, or spend sunny days at Donner Lake. Guests may also enjoy access to select Tahoe Donner Association amenities, including pools, hot tubs, fitness facilities, tennis courts, and the private Beach Club Marina at Donner Lake. Guest fees, passes, seasonal availability, blackout dates, and restrictions may apply.
Donner Lake and Lake Tahoe offer swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, fishing, and endless outdoor recreation, while Historic Downtown Truckee is just a short drive away for restaurants, breweries, cafés, boutiques, and local events. After a day of exploring, return to Evergreen Modern Lodge to soak in the private hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or relax among the pines. Important Notice: Tahoe Donner Amenities Blackout Period

Tahoe Donner Association has announced new access blackouts and limitations for Short-Term Tenant Access Cards. During these blackout periods, short-term rental guests (including those staying with Tahoe Signature Properties) will not have access to Tahoe Donner amenities.
Our properties are registered as Short-Term Rental Tenant members, which are subject to these blackout restrictions.

Refunds cannot be provided for cancellations related to these blackout dates.

There is a per-person, per-day fee to access the club amenities, and rates are subject to change. Please refer to the TDA website for details: https://www.tahoedonner.com/amenities/

Each eligible property is issued six guest cards to access the recreation amenities available through the Tahoe Donner Association. Guests who fail to leave all six guest cards in the home will be subject to a $100 fine per missing card. Children 3 and under are free.

Please note that blackout schedules are set solely by the Tahoe Donner Association and may change at their discretion.

- Maximum Occupancy: 10;
- Parking Spots: 4; The home has a one-to-two-car garage, with additional parking in the driveway for one to two cars. Please note that this is a shared driveway and under no circumstance is it ok to block the neighbor's path. During snowfall, street parking is not allowed due to snow removal. All vehicles must be parked off the street promptly so plows can operate.
- Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May.
- In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required. If your car is not equipped with either, please be sure to have chains.
- We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, as required by Town of Truckee regulations.
- Full Terms and Conditions are supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation.
- Rental Agreement contract is required for booking to be confirmed and must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation.
*Agreement must be signed by occupants aged 25 or older.

Wildlife Notice

Please note that this home is located in North Lake Tahoe, where wildlife, including bears, may be present. Bear sightings are not uncommon in the area and can occur even when no food or attractants are left outside.

For your safety and the safety of the local bears, as well as to minimize the chance of encounters, please follow these guidelines:
• Keep all doors and windows closed and locked, especially at night
• Do not leave food, trash, or scented items outside or in vehicles
• Properly dispose of garbage in designated bear-proof bins
• Avoid approaching, feeding, or disturbing any wildlife
