MAIN FLOOR

As you step inside, you'll be welcomed by a bright and beautifully renovated living space designed for gathering, relaxing, and making memories. The completely remodeled kitchen, dining area, and sitting space combine contemporary mountain style with thoughtful functionality.

A cozy window bench offers one of the home's most unique features—a front-row seat to watch the gondola pass by throughout the day. Enjoy a quiet morning with coffee and a book or simply take in the mountain atmosphere before heading out on your next adventure.

The fully equipped kitchen features high-end stainless steel appliances, stunning blue cabinetry, beautiful countertops, two compact ovens (including one with air fryer functionality), a crock pot, a Keurig coffee maker, and a stove with a built-in griddle. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes or a family dinner after a day at the lake, you'll have everything you need. The spacious breakfast bar comfortably seats four and creates the perfect place for morning coffee, après-ski drinks, or conversation while meals are prepared.

The comfortable sitting area includes a flat-screen TV and provides the perfect place to unwind with a movie, relax after a day outdoors, or keep an eye on the kids while preparing meals.

The dining area features a large table with room for everyone, making it ideal for family meals, holiday celebrations, board games, or simply sharing stories from the day's adventures long into the evening.

The main-floor bedroom includes a queen-over-twin staggered bunk configuration, comfortably accommodating couples, teens, young adults, or children. A flat-screen TV and comfortable bedding make this a welcoming retreat for guests of all ages. A spacious shared four-piece bathroom is conveniently located nearby.

UPPER FLOOR

The private primary suite offers a peaceful retreat at the end of the day, featuring a comfortable queen bed, premium linens, calming neutral tones, a dedicated workspace, and a flat-screen TV. Whether you're catching up on a few emails or simply enjoying a quiet moment away from the group, this space provides comfort and privacy.

The ensuite bathroom features a beautiful marble walk-in shower, creating the perfect place to relax and recharge after a day skiing, mountain biking, hiking, golfing, or exploring Lake Tahoe.

Bluebird Basecamp at Northstar is located in the heart of Northstar California Resort, one of Lake Tahoe's premier four-season destinations. Perfectly positioned between Northstar Village, downtown Truckee, and Lake Tahoe, this location gives guests easy access to some of the best outdoor recreation, dining, shopping, and entertainment in the Sierra Nevada.

Winter Adventures

In the winter, Northstar offers more than 3,000 skiable acres, 100 trails, and 20 lifts, making it a favorite destination for skiers and snowboarders of all ability levels. Beyond skiing and snowboarding, guests can enjoy snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, ice skating, tubing, and family-friendly winter activities throughout the resort.

Summer Adventures

When the snow melts, Northstar transforms into a mountain adventure destination. Enjoy more than 100 miles of mountain biking trails, scenic hiking routes, golf, outdoor events, and family activities. Whether you're seeking adrenaline-filled days or peaceful walks through the mountains, Northstar delivers unforgettable summer experiences.

Northstar Village

Northstar Village is the perfect place to unwind after a day outdoors. Browse local shops, enjoy live music and seasonal events, grab a drink with friends, or dine at one of the area's popular restaurants. The Village offers year-round entertainment and serves as the social hub of the resort.

Northstar Recreation Center Access

Guests at Bluebird Basecamp at Northstar also have access to the Northstar Property Owners' Association (NPOA) Recreation Center.

For a small daily fee, guests can enjoy:

Each property allows up to 16 guests per day to access the facilities. Guests over the age of 4 are charged a daily entrance fee by NPOA, currently $10 per person (subject to change).

Historic downtown Truckee offers a charming blend of mountain history, boutique shopping, art galleries, coffee shops, breweries, and exceptional dining. Stroll the historic railroad district, explore local events, or simply enjoy the welcoming mountain-town atmosphere.

* Bluebird Basecamp at Northstar is not pet-friendly due to family allergies.
* There is a per-person, per-day fee to access the NPOA Recreation Center and rates are subject to change.
* During winter months, snow tires and 4WD/AWD vehicles are strongly recommended. Vehicles not equipped with either should carry chains.
* Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 7 AM in accordance with Placer County regulations.
* Full Terms and Conditions will be supplied upon booking.
* A Rental Agreement must be signed within 24 hours of creating a reservation.
* Booking guests must be at least 25 years of age.

WILDLIFE NOTICE

Please note that this home is located in North Lake Tahoe, where wildlife, including bears, may be present. Bear sightings are not uncommon and can occur even when no food or attractants are left outside.

For your safety and the safety of local wildlife, please follow these guidelines:

• Keep all doors and windows closed and locked, especially at night.

• Do not leave food, trash, or scented items outside or in vehicles.

• Properly dispose of garbage in designated bear-proof containers.

• Avoid approaching, feeding, or disturbing wildlife.
