- Maximum 2 pets allowed and $65/pet fee must be paid before check-in.
- There is a per-person, per-day fee to access the club amenities, and rates are subject to change. See the NPOA Rec Center website https://npoa.info/recreation-center/ for details.
- Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May.
- In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required. If your car is not equipped with either, please be sure to have chains.
- We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM, as required by Placer County regulations.
- Full Terms and Conditions are supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation.
- Rental Agreement contract is required for booking to be confirmed and must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation.
*Agreement must be signed by occupants aged 25 or older.
