We love this region. We love the people, the towns, the resorts and we love welcoming guests to our beautiful home in the Sierra Nevadas. From the little condos to the large cabins, we are always interested in seeing new homes and are always looking to make sure our portfolio is as diverse as our guests are! However, in order for us to list a home, there are some factors that need to be considered.

MAINTENANCE & CLEANING SERVICES

Our trained and experienced cleaning and maintenance staff is trained to ensure that each property is maintained and cleaned at the highest standards. All of the maintenance of the vacation rentals is handled by Tahoe Signature Properties from scheduling and project management to inspection and sign-off, ensuring that our homeowners never have to worry about their investment.

PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTING

Each month we send our homeowners an owner statement detailing the passive income your property has generated. At the end of each year, we provide a 1099 for tax purposes as well as file and apply your TOT with the appropriate tax agency on your behalf each quarter! When we say hassle-free, we mean it!

PRE & POST GUEST INSPECTIONS

Our guests are incredibly important to us and that’s why we ensure that our properties are inspected thoroughly both before and after each guest. Our team will do a walkthrough of the property and double check that everything is in order before the next guest arrives. This includes, but is not limited to, cleaning, maintenance, and restocking inspections.

NO OPERATIONAL FEES

We believe that operational costs are simply a part of doing business so Tahoe Signature Properties will never pass on credit card fees, professional photography costs or advertising fees to our homeowners. You’ll only be charged our management fees when your home is rented.

BI-ANNUAL PROPERTY INSPECTIONS

We conduct in depth, bi-annual property inspections to ensure that everything in your property has been properly seen to. Your investment is our investment so you can rest easy knowing that in addition to pre and post booking inspections, Tahoe Signature Properties will make sure that any maintenance issues missed during the high season are addressed. At this time, we also make sure the home is restocked and resupplied sufficiently.
