Lost Sauna Thanksgiving Plunge

Shake off the Thanksgiving feast and start the holiday weekend with a refreshing sauna and cold plunge experience at the North Tahoe Event Center.

On November 27, enjoy a two-hour wellness session combining the warmth of the sauna with an invigorating lakeside cold plunge. It’s a unique way to reset, recharge, and embrace the start of cold plunge season in Tahoe.

Choose from two sessions and make a morning of it with a little heat, a little cold, and plenty of post-holiday rejuvenation.
