Get ready for a summer of live music in Tahoe City every Sunday from 4–7pm, featuring a free 12-week concert series running June 14 through September 6 (no concert on July 5).

Local, regional, and national performers will take the stage each week, creating a lively community atmosphere perfect for relaxing and dancing by the lake.

This Sunday’s featured performance is by Joy & Madness, an eight-piece horn-driven soul and funk group out of Sacramento. Known for their high-energy, dance-floor-ready sound, they blend classic funk influences like Tower of Power with a modern groove inspired by Jungle. Their performances are immersive, upbeat, and built around connection, movement, and pure feel-good energy.

What to bring: blankets, low-back chairs, sunscreen, a hat, food and drinks, cash for vendors, and your dancing shoes.
