Know Before You Go

When you’re booking a stay in California at least 72 hours before check-in, you’ll have 24 hours to cancel for a full refund. We’re doing this to comply with California law and to improve the booking experience.

Guest may cancel this Agreement by providing notice of cancellation to Manager by email or the listing site’s messenger feature.

We follow a Moderate Cancellation Policy which dictates:

• Full Refund – Up to 30 days before check-in
  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in are eligible for a full refund of the total booking amount.
• 50% Refund – Between 14 and 30 days before check-in
  • If a cancellation is made between 14 and 30 days before check-in, a 50% refund will be issued.
• No Refund – Less than 14 days before check-in
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable

There shall be no refund or credit provided in the event the Guest is unable to arrive at the Property on the check-in date or in the event the Guest departs from the Property prior to the check-out date for the following reasons including, but not limited to: snow, road closure, travel delays or changes, inclement weather, health problems, fires which do not require evacuation, wildfire smoke, insect or animal activity, or disruption of utility services.

Check-In: Check-in time is after 4 PM on the day your scheduled reservation begins. If you would like an early check-in, you can contact us to see if it is possible.

Seven days before your arrival, an email will be sent to you with detailed check-in instructions including how to access key(s) and gate access card(s) (if needed) as well as any special instructions or updates that may be applicable to the unit.

Check-Out: Check-out time is 10 AM on the day your scheduled reservation ends. Any delay in check-out, unless previously approved with us, will result in an additional night’s charge.

While we love our furry friends, please note that not all homes are pet-friendly. Your pet is allowed at our pet-friendly vacation rentals. There is a $100 pet fee, charged when booking for a maximum of 2 pets per stay.

Guests reserving the property must be at least 25 years of age and also must be staying at the property with their listed guests.
