Hiking in Truckee by Truckee River in Downtown Truckee!!!
Truckee is a beautiful mountain town in North Lake Tahoe, here you can enjoy an array of activities, and hiking in Truckee turns out to be one of my favorites, get out and explore nature, enjoy beautiful sites and get your workout in while you’re at it.
This hike/run is along Truckee River in the Regional Park, take E River St in downtown Truckee all the way to the end, park on the side of the road and cross the bridge across the river, as you get to the other side there is a paved path that you can take to the left or just a few minutes in go off the paved path and follow it next to the river.
You can go on a run, nice walk, hike or bike, you’ll see people along the way and many with their pets.
