Located in the heart of the Tahoe Donner neighborhood, this property is close to everything Truckee has to offer like the Tahoe Donner Resort, Donner Lake, Lake Tahoe, and downtown Truckee making it the perfect place to call home during your stay!Â

INSIDE THE HOME
As you step into the living room, you will be greeted by a large comfortable sectional with plenty of seating for everyone. This room also features a fireplace and a mounted flatscreen, perfect for movie nights. The living room is a cozy place to spend time together playing games, reading, or just enjoying the company of your loved ones.
The bright, fully-stocked kitchen offers guests updated appliances and has lots of space to work. The dining area features a large table perfect for sit-down meals. There is also bar seating around the kitchen island, which offers casual seating for breakfast or a quick coffee.
The raised patio off the living room, offers views of the peaceful neighborhood and lush evergreens. The patio is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the area. Whether you want to sit and enjoy the peaceful surroundings or have a BBQ with family and friends, this patio is perfect for it all.
The primary suite of this property features a king-sized bed with high-end linens, a mounted TV, and private access to the back patio with a built-in hot tub. The walk-through closet has lots of storage, and the ensuite offers a double vanity and a walk-in shower.
There are also two guest bedrooms in this property that are calming spaces that feature queen beds fitted with soft linens. Both rooms are nicely decorated and offer green views out the window. The shared, four-piece bathroom offers a tub and shower combo, large vanity, and lots of space - perfect for sharing!Â

Located in the heart of the Tahoe Donner neighborhood, guests can easily access the Tahoe Donner Ski Resort, Tahoe Donner Golf Course and have access to the Tahoe Donner Association’s clubhouse, which features two swimming pools, three hot tubs, two saunas, tennis courts, a cardio room, and a weight room. There are nearby hiking and biking trails and guests also get access to the private beach at the east end of Donner Lake! Both Donner Lake and Lake Tahoe are nearby, where you can go swimming, paddleboarding, and kayaking, hiking, biking and more! Truckee is also known for its charming historic downtown area that features several boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. Whether you are looking for a place to relax and unwind or a place to explore and adventure, this property is the perfect place to call home during your stay in the Tahoe Donner neighborhood!

- Tahoe Donner Association has announced new access blackouts and limitations for Short-Term Tenant Access Cards. During these blackout periods, short-term rental guests (including those staying with Tahoe Signature Properties) will not have access to Tahoe Donner amenities.
Our properties are registered as Short-Term Rental Tenant members, which are subject to these blackout restrictions.

- Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November-May.
- Maximum 2 pets allowed and $85/pet fee must be paid before check-in.
Each eligible property is issued 6 guest cards to access the recreation amenities available in Tahoe Donner Association.  Guests that fail to leave all 6 guest cards in the home after checkout will be subject to a $100 fine per missing card. Children under the age of 3 are free. Â

Please note that the Trout Creek Recreation Center pools and spas will be closed for renovations from September 2, 2025, for approximately three and a half months. This closure is necessary to upgrade the pool and spa mechanical systems, deck hydronics, and pool deck pavers.
