Located in the heart of the Tahoe Donner neighborhood, this property is close to everything Truckee has to offer like the Tahoe Donner Resort, Donner Lake, Lake Tahoe, and downtown Truckee making it the perfect place to call home during your stay! 

INSIDE THE HOME
As you step into the living room, you will be greeted by a large comfortable sectional with plenty of seating for everyone. This room also features a fireplace and a mounted flatscreen, perfect for movie nights. The living room is a cozy place to spend time together playing games, reading, or just enjoying the company of your loved ones.

The bright, fully-stocked kitchen offers guests updated appliances and has lots of space to work. The dining area features a large table perfect for sit-down meals. There is also bar seating around the kitchen island, which offers casual seating for breakfast or a quick coffee.

The raised patio off the living room, offers views of the peaceful neighborhood and lush evergreens. The patio is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the area. Whether you want to sit and enjoy the peaceful surroundings or have a BBQ with family and friends, this patio is perfect for it all.

The primary suite of this property features a king-sized bed with high-end linens, a mounted TV, and private access to the back patio with a built-in hot tub. The walk-through closet has lots of storage, and the ensuite offers a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

There are also two guest bedrooms in this property that are calming spaces that feature queen beds fitted with soft linens. Both rooms are nicely decorated and offer green views out the window. The shared, four-piece bathroom offers a tub and shower combo, large vanity, and lots of space - perfect for sharing! 

Please note: In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are highly recommended. If your car is not equipped with both, please be sure to have chains.

There are nearby hiking and biking trails and guests also get access to the private beach at the east end of Donner Lake! Both Donner Lake and Lake Tahoe are nearby, where you can go swimming, paddleboarding, and kayaking, hiking, biking and more! Truckee is also known for its charming historic downtown area that features several boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. Lovely, comfortable and well-equipped home.

This home was lovely and well equipped. The beds and sofas were comfortable. Well stocked with towels, hair dryer, soaps, shampoos etc. Lovely hot tub in the back and lovely porch in front. The stairs from the entrance to the upper living level were rather steep and slippery so I would advise against anyone with mobility or balance issues staying at this home and if you have little ones, take a baby gate to block the stairs. This was a good location and we really enjoyed it!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was nice to be able to park the car in the garage and easy entry with key pad. There are steep stairs that goes up from garage/front door to the rest of the house. We really appreciated the baby gate blocking the stairs. The beds were comfortable and it was great that none of the bedrooms shared a wall. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed including high chair and pack n play. The place us dog friendly and our dog had a great time. Highly recommend.

I went for a week and enjoyed this spacious dog friendly home. The hot tub was so relaxing. We did have to contact the property management for a couple of issues, but they relied and responded quickly. On our way out we were informed of a big winter storm and requested and extra night. They were so accommodating! I would definitely use this place again.

Peaceful relaxation haven

This was the perfect place for 6 of us friends and two small dogs. The house is exactly as described. We especially enjoyed the gas fire pit in the back, the hot tub, and the gas grill. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook with, and Safeway is just 10 min away. They allowed us to check-in an hour early and check-out an hour later when asked. I really appreciate the property management being responsive and quick whenever I had a question. And If you have a dog, this place is great!
