MAIN FLOOR

On the main floor, you’ll find a beautiful living room, dining room, and kitchen that seamlessly flow together. The living room is a large, inviting space with arched windows surrounding the space. The large modular sectional couch with plenty of seating for everyone, a mounted flatscreen TV, and a lovely stone fireplace make it the perfect place to relax after a long day on the slopes or trails. Here, you can curl up with a good book while the sun streams through the windows or cozy up on a winter evening for a movie night near the fireplace!

The spacious chef’s kitchen is an incredible space with abundant natural light, golden wood cabinets, bright white granite countertops, and high-end stainless steel appliances. You'll be able to enjoy beautiful views of the forest while cooking, making coffee, or cleaning up. With a gorgeous eight-person table, the adjacent dining area is the perfect spot for casual family meals and games or elegant entertaining. Just off the dining and living rooms, guests can access the main-floor patio— a large private space where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air, grill on the BBQ, and soak up the sun in the warmer months.

Up a small flight of stairs from the main living spaces is the primary bedroom—an enormous oasis featuring a king bed in a gorgeous frame with high-end linens, a sitting area, and floor-to-ceiling arched windows. This bright and gorgeous space provides a peaceful space to wake up and go to sleep every night. The primary bedroom also features a small desk, a large walk-in closet, and an enormous ensuite with an oversized double vanity, a deep Jacuzzi soaker tub, and a walk-in shower. The tub, situated under large windows, is a magnificent place to watch the snow fall during a bubble bath or to refresh and soothe achy muscles after a hike.

UPPER FLOOR

Moving to the upper floor, you'll find a bright sitting room with lots of windows and sliding doors to the upper-floor patio. There's comfortable furniture and a wet bar, making it an ideal spot for kids to play, teenagers to hang out, or for reading a book away from the main-floor living spaces.

The upper-floor bedroom suites of Hilltop Manor are beautifully decorated with neutral tones to create a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Each suite is furnished with a cozy queen-sized bed and high-quality linens, perfect for a comfortable night's sleep. The bedrooms also include large private ensuite bathrooms, ensuring ultimate privacy and convenience.

Adding to the convenience, this home includes an EV charger in the garage, making it easy for those who drive electric vehicles to recharge overnight.

LOCATION and AMENITIES 

Located in the beautiful Tahoe Donner neighborhood, guests can easily access the Tahoe Donner Ski Resort and Tahoe Donner Golf Course, as well as the Tahoe Donner Association’s clubhouse, which features two swimming pools, three hot tubs, two saunas, tennis courts, a cardio room, and a weight room. There are nearby hiking and biking trails and guests also get access to the private beach at the east end of Donner Lake! Both Donner Lake and Lake Tahoe are nearby, where you can go swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, hiking, biking, and more! Truckee is also known for its charming historic downtown area that features several boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. Important Notice About Tahoe Donner Pools and Spas:

Please note that the Trout Creek Recreation Center pools and spas will be closed for renovations from September 2, 2025, for approximately three and a half months. This closure is necessary to upgrade the pool and spa mechanical systems, deck hydronics, and pool deck pavers.

Tahoe Donner Association has announced new access blackouts and limitations for Short-Term Tenant Access Cards. During these blackout periods, short-term rental guests (including those staying with Tahoe Signature Properties) will not have access to Tahoe Donner amenities.
Our properties are registered as Short-Term Rental Tenant members, which are subject to these blackout restrictions.

Each eligible property is issued six guest cards to access the recreation amenities available through the Tahoe Donner Association. Guests who fail to leave all six guest cards in the home will be subject to a $100 fine per missing card. Children 3 and under are free.

Please note that blackout schedules are set solely by the Tahoe Donner Association and may change at their discretion.

- We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, as required by Town of Truckee regulations.
- Full Terms and Conditions are supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation.
- Rental Agreement contract is required for booking to be confirmed and must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation.
- There are two cameras overlooking the driveway and the front of the house.
*Agreement must be signed by occupants aged 25 or older.
