MAIN FLOOR and LOFT
The moment you step onto the main floor, you’ll be greeted by a gorgeous living room furnished with a large seven-seat sectional, warm accents, and a flatscreen TV. It also features a gas-burning stove and is surrounded by windows that provide panoramic views of the mountains and greenery. This is the perfect place for the entire family to gather near the fire for movie or game nights! The large, fully equipped kitchen has high-end appliances and plenty of space to work while admiring the gorgeous views. At Falcon’s Eye, you can enjoy sit-down meals with the whole family in the dining room and relax on the wraparound deck, where you’ll find a BBQ—perfect for grilling in warm weather! The two main-floor bedrooms—one with bunk beds and one with a comfortable queen bed—are fitted with luxury linens and are perfect for getting a great night's sleep! The spacious three-piece bathroom with a walk-in shower, plus a large laundry room, ensures the main floor has plenty of space for everyone to enjoy in comfort! The loft-style primary suite on the second floor is a true oasis with a king bed, flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a jetted tub and separate shower. Whether you’re looking forward to enjoying lazy mornings or getting a great night’s sleep, this suite is just the ticket!
LOCATION and AMENITIES
In addition to spectacular views, Falcon’s Eye View Retreat offers convenient amenities to make your stay even more enjoyable. You’ll have access to a variety of neighborhood amenities offered by the Tahoe Donner Association, including a heated lap pool, seasonal pool, private beach, hot tubs, saunas, cardio and weight room, as well as tennis and golf. In the winter, hit the slopes at the Tahoe Donner Ski Resort for downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, tubing, sledding and more! Summer activities in the area include horseback riding, hiking, mountain bike tours, bocce ball, and archery!

Important Notice About Tahoe Donner Pools and Spas:
Please note that the Trout Creek Recreation Center pools and spas will be closed for renovations from September 2, 2025, for approximately three and a half months. This closure is necessary to upgrade the pool and spa mechanical systems, deck hydronics, and pool deck pavers.
Tahoe Donner Association has announced new access blackouts and limitations for Short-Term Tenant Access Cards. During these blackout periods, short-term rental guests (including those staying with Tahoe Signature Properties) will not have access to Tahoe Donner amenities.
Our properties are registered as Short-Term Rental Tenant members, which are subject to these blackout restrictions.
We recommend checking the official Tahoe Donner Association website before booking to verify whether your travel dates may be affected:

Refunds cannot be provided for cancellations related to these blackout dates.

Each eligible property is issued six guest cards to access the recreation amenities available through the Tahoe Donner Association. Guests who fail to leave all six guest cards in the home will be subject to a $100 fine per missing card. Children 3 and under are free.
Please note that blackout schedules are set solely by the Tahoe Donner Association and may change at their discretion.

- We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, as required by Town of Truckee regulations.
- Full Terms and Conditions are supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation.
- Rental Agreement contract is required for booking to be confirmed and must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation.
*Agreement must be signed by occupants aged 25 or older.
