INSIDE THE HOME
The main living spaces are open-plan and encompass the bright kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living room. This bright and comfortable space is perfect for spending quality time with loved ones. You can play games, watch movies, cook together or sit down for family meals in the expansive area. The large mud room and laundry room provide ample storage for all your summer and winter recreation gear, ensuring you have everything you need at your fingertips.
The primary suite features a comfortable queen bed, ample storage, and a five-piece ensuite with a double vanity, tub-and-shower combo, and water closet for added privacy. You'll feel right at home in this cozy and bright space and wake every morning feeling refreshed and ready for the day! The first guest bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and chic decor, offering a cozy space for a good night’s sleep. The second guest bedroom is perfect for kids, with twin beds and a twin-over-twin bunk bed, sure to keep the little ones comfortable during their stay.
Outside, the beautiful outdoor spaces offer the perfect place to unwind and soak up the wilderness. The patio features an outdoor dining table off the kitchen, with comfortable outdoor seating to enjoy the warm weather. For those who enjoy summer barbecues, the grill is perfect for preparing delicious meals.
LOCATION and AMENITIES
Located in the Northwoods neighborhood, guests can easily access the Tahoe Donner Ski Resort, Tahoe Donner Golf Course and have access to the Tahoe Donner Association’s clubhouse, which features two swimming pools, three hot tubs, two saunas, tennis courts, a cardio room, and a weight room. There are nearby hiking and biking trails and guests also get access to the private beach at the east end of Donner Lake! Both Donner Lake and Lake Tahoe are nearby, where you can go swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, hiking, biking, and more! Truckee is also known for its charming historic downtown area that features several boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. Whether you are looking for a place to relax and unwind or a place to explore and adventure, this property is the perfect place to call home during your stay!
Important Notice About Tahoe Donner Amenities:
Tahoe Donner Association has announced new access blackouts and limitations for Short-Term Tenant Access Cards. During these blackout periods, short-term rental guests (including those staying with Tahoe Signature Properties) will not have access to Tahoe Donner amenities.
Our properties are registered as Short-Term Rental Tenant members, which are subject to these blackout restrictions.
We recommend checking the official Tahoe Donner Association website before booking to verify whether your travel dates may be affected:

Refunds cannot be provided for cancellations related to these blackout dates.
There is a per-person, per-day fee to access the club amenities, and rates are subject to change. Please refer to the TDA website for details: https://www.tahoedonner.com/amenities/
Each eligible property is issued six guest cards to access the recreation amenities available through the Tahoe Donner Association. Guests who fail to leave all six guest cards in the home will be subject to a $100 fine per missing card. Children 3 and under are free.
Please note that blackout schedules are set solely by the Tahoe Donner Association and may change at their discretion.

- Maximum Occupancy: 7
- Parking Spots: 3; During snowfall, street parking is not allowed due to snow removal. All vehicles must be parked off the street promptly so plows can operate.
- Town of Truckee: 028350
- Maximum 2 pets allowed and $100/pet fee must be paid before check-in.
- Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May.
- In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required. If your car is not equipped with either, please be sure to have chains.
- We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, as required by Town of Truckee regulations.
- Full Terms and Conditions are supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation.
- Rental Agreement contract is required for booking to be confirmed and must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation.
*Agreement must be signed by occupants aged 25 or older.
