MAIN FLOOR

As soon as you step inside the Tahoe Donner Vacation Lodge, you'll be struck by the spacious and cozy atmosphere. The main living areas are designed with plenty of cozy spots to sit and spend time together, making it easy for your group to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Tahoe. The beautiful high ceilings with intricate beams enhance the mountain cottage feel of the home, while the rustic, vintage charm creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The large kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, dark wood cabinets, and modern hardware, making it easy to prepare meals for your whole group! You'll love the bright and open living room, which features comfortable furniture and a large flatscreen TV, perfect for curling up with a book or movie!

The dining room is the perfect place to gather for meals, featuring a long table and a cozy lounge area with a gas stove to curl up beside. 

The primary suite is just off the main living spaces down a short hallway, offering a cozy and comfortable retreat from the rest of the home where you can curl up in the easy chair with a good book or catch a movie on the flat screen TV. Furnished with a comfortable king bed, views of the greenery outside, and a private four-piece ensuite, this quaint room is the perfect place to unwind and wake up feeling refreshed.

Two guest bedrooms on the main floor offer plenty of sleeping options for your group, with a queen bed in one and a queen and bunk beds in the other. These cozy rooms are perfect for kids or families with smaller children they want to be near, with comfortable bedding and a five-piece bathroom nearby. Children will love the window seats located in both bedrooms, where they can peer out the windows to watch the snow falling.

UPPER FLOOR

The upper floor of the Tahoe Donner Vacation Lodge features a second living room, with a large, comfortable sectional, a four-person table, and flatscreen TV. This space is perfect for family movie nights, playing cards, or just hanging out together. The large windows and peaked ceilings create a bright and inviting atmosphere, making it the perfect place to read or relax. This living room also leads to a fourth bedroom, featuring a six-bed bunk bedroom that kids will love.

The upper floor bathroom is large enough to easily share, with plenty of space for your group to get ready in the morning or wind down at night. This space is perfect for teens or young adults traveling with you, providing a great hangout while maintaining privacy.

LOCATION and AMENITIES

Located on the west side of the Tahoe Donner neighborhood, guests can easily access the Tahoe Donner Ski Resort, Tahoe Donner Golf Course and have access to the Tahoe Donner Association’s clubhouse, which features two swimming pools, three hot tubs, two saunas, tennis courts, a cardio room, and a weight room. There are nearby hiking and biking trails and guests also get access to the private beach at the east end of Donner Lake! Both Donner Lake and Lake Tahoe are nearby, where you can go swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, hiking, biking, and more! Truckee is also known for its charming historic downtown area that features several boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. Important Notice About Tahoe Donner Amenities:

Tahoe Donner Association has announced new access blackouts and limitations for Short-Term Tenant Access Cards. During these blackout periods, short-term rental guests (including those staying with Tahoe Signature Properties) will not have access to Tahoe Donner amenities.
Our properties are registered as Short-Term Rental Tenant members, which are subject to these blackout restrictions.

There is a per-person, per-day fee to access the club amenities, and rates are subject to change. Please refer to the TDA website for details: https://www.tahoedonner.com/amenities/

Each eligible property is issued six guest cards to access the recreation amenities available through the Tahoe Donner Association. Guests who fail to leave all six guest cards in the home will be subject to a $100 fine per missing card. Children 3 and under are free.

Please note that blackout schedules are set solely by the Tahoe Donner Association and may change at their discretion.

- Parking Spots: 3; During snowfall, street parking is not allowed due to snow removal. All vehicles must be parked off the street promptly so plows can operate.
- Town of Truckee: 016492
- Maximum 2 pets allowed and $100/pet fee must be paid before check-in.
- Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May.
- In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required. If your car is not equipped with either, please be sure to have chains.
- We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, as required by Town of Truckee regulations.
- Full Terms and Conditions are supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation.
- Rental Agreement contract is required for booking to be confirmed and must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation.
*Agreement must be signed by occupants aged 25 or older.
