MAIN FLOOR
The open-plan main level includes a large kitchen, a dining area, and an impressive living room designed to accommodate everyone in your group.
The fully equipped kitchen is warm and inviting, with plenty of space to prepare meals or cook together with loved ones. The adjacent dining area provides ample space for everyone to sit and enjoy family time around the table, perfect for meals or board games!
The cathedral ceilings in the living room create an impressive sense of space, while the large stone fireplace serves as the room’s striking focal point. The chic furnishings and elegant décor make this room ideal for cozy conversations, family game nights, or movie nights.
The primary suite is spacious and bright, with peaked ceilings and private patio access where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding forest. The ensuite bathroom is equally impressive, featuring a deep soaking tub for unwinding after a day of exploring, a walk-in shower, and a double vanity. This room is a perfect retreat inside the home.
The guest bedrooms each feature comfortable queen beds and ample storage. Decorated in soft neutral tones, these rooms feel like a home away from home and ensure a restful night’s sleep. The large shared bathroom has plenty of space for everyone to get ready in the morning.
LOFT
The loft area is the perfect hideaway for kids, featuring three twin beds and its own bathroom. This space gives kids plenty of room to play and relax, while adults enjoy peace and quiet in the rest of the home.
LOCATION and AMENITIES
Located in the heart of Tahoe Donner, guests have easy access to the Tahoe Donner Ski Resort, Tahoe Donner Golf Course, and the Tahoe Donner Association clubhouse, which features swimming pools, hot tubs, saunas, tennis courts, and a full fitness center. There are nearby hiking and biking trails and guests also get access to the private beach at the east end of Donner Lake!
Both Donner Lake and Lake Tahoe are just minutes away, offering opportunities for swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, hiking, biking, and more! Truckee is also known for its charming historic downtown area that features several boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. Important Notice About Tahoe Donner Amenities:
Tahoe Donner Association has announced new access blackouts and limitations for Short-Term Tenant Access Cards. During these blackout periods, short-term rental guests (including those staying with Tahoe Signature Properties) will not have access to Tahoe Donner amenities.
Our properties are registered as Short-Term Rental Tenant members, which are subject to these blackout restrictions.
We recommend checking the official Tahoe Donner Association website before booking to verify whether your travel dates may be affected:

Refunds cannot be provided for cancellations related to these blackout dates.
There is a per-person, per-day fee to access the club amenities, and rates are subject to change. Please refer to the TDA website for details: https://www.tahoedonner.com/amenities/
Each eligible property is issued six guest cards to access the recreation amenities available through the Tahoe Donner Association. Guests who fail to leave all six guest cards in the home will be subject to a $100 fine per missing card. Children 3 and under are free.
Please note that blackout schedules are set solely by the Tahoe Donner Association and may change at their discretion.

- Maximum Occupancy: 9
- Parking Spots: 3; During snowfall, street parking is not allowed due to snow removal. All vehicles must be parked off the street promptly so plows can operate.
- Town of Truckee: 019556
- Maximum 2 pets allowed and $85/pet fee must be paid before check-in.
- Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May.
- In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required. If your car is not equipped with either, please be sure to have chains.
- We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, as required by Town of Truckee regulations.
- Full Terms and Conditions are supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation.
- Rental Agreement contract is required for booking to be confirmed and must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation.
*Agreement must be signed by occupants aged 25 or older.
