The primary suite features a plush queen bed and a spa-style en-suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub—perfect for unwinding after a day on the trails or slopes.

The second bedroom is designed with kids in mind, offering two twin beds and a fun selection of games.

A second full bathroom is easily accessible from both the twin bedroom and main living area.

Cozy Gathering Spaces:

The spacious living room invites you to relax with a book, enjoy a movie night, or simply curl up in front of the gas fireplace and enjoy the forest views through oversized windows.

- Tahoe Donner Association has announced new access blackouts and limitations for Short-Term Tenant Access Cards. During these blackout periods, short-term rental guests (including those staying with Tahoe Signature Properties) will not have access to Tahoe Donner amenities.
Our properties are registered as Short-Term Rental Tenant members, which are subject to these blackout restrictions.
We recommend checking the official Tahoe Donner Association website before booking to verify whether your travel dates may be affected:

Refunds cannot be provided for cancellations related to these blackout dates.
- There is a per person, per day fee to access the club amenities, and rates are subject to change. Please refer to the TDA website for details: https://www.tahoedonner.com/amenities/
- Eligible property is issued 6 guest cards to access the recreation amenities available in Tahoe Donner Association.  Guests that fail to leave all 6 guest cards in the home after checkout will be subject to a $100 fine per missing card. Children under the age of 3 are free.  
- In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required. If your car is not equipped with both, please be sure to have chains.
- We are in a rural part of America, where Google Maps is not always reliable. VRBO uses Google to generate the 'Explore the Area'. Do not rely on this map as it's not accurate.
- Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November-May.

Important Notice About Tahoe Donner Pools & Spas:
Please note that the Trout Creek Recreation Center pools and spas will be closed for renovations from September 2, 2025, for approximately three and a half months. This closure is necessary to upgrade the pool and spa mechanical systems, deck hydronics, and pool deck pavers.

Full Terms & Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation/Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation.
