MAIN FLOOR
As you step into this bright and gorgeous home, you'll be greeted by a completely renovated dining area, kitchen, and sitting area. Enjoy a book on the cozy bench while glimpsing at the gondola go by. The kitchen has been thoughtfully designed and is fully equipped with enough space to make anything you need during your stay. High-end stainless steel appliances, beautiful blue cabinets, and gorgeous countertops make this space a joy to cook in. Comfortable bar seating for four people is perfect for casual meals, coffee in the mornings, or drinks and hanging out with the chef in the evenings.

The sitting area is cozy and comfortable, with a flatscreen TV perfect for kids who need some downtime while you cook and keep an eye on them or for watching your favorite movie with friends. The dining area features a large table with room for everyone and is perfect for sit-down meals, hosting friends for dinner, games nights, or talking into the night.

The bedroom on this floor features staggered bunks with a queen bed below and a twin bed above, a configuration that can easily accommodate a couple, teens, or young adults! A flatscreen TV is perfect for entertaining kids and the beautiful linens on the beds are cozy and perfect for everyone to get lots of sleep. The shared four-piece bathroom is large with plenty of space. 

UPPER FLOOR
The primary suite on the upper floor features a comfortable queen bed, soft, high-end linens, a bright and calming neutral color scheme, and minimalist decor. A flat-screen TV and office area make this space a perfect retreat from the rest of the house where you can watch a movie, get some work done, or send a few emails in privacy. The large ensuite bathroom boasts a marble walk-in shower, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a day of outdoor activities.

LOCATION/AMENITIES
This property is located in the heart of Northstar, a year-round resort community located in the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountains. Northstar is known for its world-class winter and summer recreation, making it the perfect destination for outdoor enthusiasts.

In the winter, Northstar boasts over 3,000 skiable acres, with 100 trails and 20 lifts. Skiers and snowboarders of all levels will find something to suit their needs, and Northstar also offers a variety of other winter activities, including snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, ice skating, and tubing. In the summer, Northstar transforms into a mountain biker's paradise, with over 100 miles of trails for riders of all levels. Hikers will also find plenty of trails to explore, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. The Northstar Village is the perfect place to unwind after a day of outdoor activities, with a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and shops to choose from.

Guests at our Snowbird Tahoe Getaway also have access to the Northstar Property Owners’ Association (NPOA) Recreation Center! For a small fee per day, you can enjoy access to the fitness center, tennis courts, five pools, outdoor spas, an adult quiet area, children's activities, and more! Whether you want to get your heart rate up or simply relax and unwind, this recreation center has something for everyone. Each property allows for up to 16 guests.  Each guest over the age of 4 with a guest card is charged a $10(may change) entrance fee, charged by NPOA at the time of visit. 

Lake Tahoe is just a short drive away and is one of the most beautiful and iconic destinations in the United States. In the summer, the crystal-clear waters of the lake are perfect for swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, or simply lounging on the beach and you’ll find lots of golf courses to spend a day on! In the winter, Lake Tahoe is transformed into a winter wonderland, with world-class skiing and snowboarding at nearby resorts such as Squaw Valley and Heavenly.

Downtown Truckee is another great destination, with a rich history and a charming, historic downtown area. Visitors can explore the many shops and restaurants, or take a tour of the historic railroad district.

- In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required. If your car is not equipped with both, please be sure to have chains.
- Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November-May.
