MAIN FLOOR
The open-concept living area welcomes you with tall windows that frame the forest beyond and fill the space with soft natural light. A cozy stone fireplace anchors the great room, where plush seating invites long conversations and quiet evenings by the fire. Nearby, a round dining table and breakfast bar offer flexible spaces to gather and dine together.

The kitchen is a true highlight, painted in soothing sage tones that reflect its name. Outfitted with stainless steel appliances, plentiful counter space, and all the essentials, it’s perfect for preparing hearty breakfasts or après-ski dinners. Every detail, from the custom cabinetry to the natural textures, was chosen to make this home feel equal parts welcoming and refined!

LOWER FLOOR
Downstairs, two thoughtfully appointed bedrooms promise restful nights after adventurous days. The primary suite features a queen bed, private balcony access, and forest views that greet you each morning. The guest bedroom, with two full beds, provides a comfortable haven for families or friends. Both rooms are styled with soft linens, ambient lighting, and warm wood accents that evoke the calm of a mountain retreat.

Two full bathrooms, one on each level, are bright and well-appointed, offering modern fixtures, tiled showers, and plenty of space for getting ready for the day or winding down at night.

OUTDOOR SPACES
Step onto the private balcony and breathe in the crisp mountain air. Overlooking the surrounding pines, this quiet outdoor space features a gas grill and seating—ideal for sipping morning coffee or enjoying dinner under a canopy of stars. Whether blanketed in snow or bathed in summer sunlight, this peaceful perch is the perfect place to slow down and savor Tahoe’s natural beauty.

LOCATION AND AMENITIES
Located in the desirable Northstar community, Sagebrush Hideaway offers effortless access to year-round adventure. Winter brings world-class skiing and snowboarding just minutes away, while summer offers hiking and mountain biking trails that wind through the pines.

Guests have access to the Northstar Property Owners’ Association (NPOA) Recreation Center! For a fee per day, you can enjoy access to the fitness center, tennis courts, five pools, outdoor spas, an adult quiet area, children's activities, and more! Whether you want to get your heart rate up or simply relax and unwind, this recreation center has something for everyone. Each property allows for up to 16 guests.  Each guest over the age of 4 with a guest card is charged a $10(may change) entrance fee, charged by NPOA at the time of visit. 

Northstar Village, with its vibrant dining, shopping, and seasonal events, is only a short drive away. And with easy access to Truckee, Kings Beach, and Lake Tahoe’s sparkling shoreline, you’ll find endless opportunities for exploration and relaxation right at your doorstep.

- There is a per person, per day fee to access the club amenities, and rates are subject to change. See the NPOA Rec Center website https://npoa.info/recreation-center/ for details.
- Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM per Placer county regulations;
- In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required. If your car is not equipped with both, please be sure to have chains.
- Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November-May.

Full Terms + Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation/Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation.
