MAIN FLOOR
As you enter the home, you’ll be greeted by a dramatic open-concept great room filled with natural light. Just off the kitchen, the dining area comfortably seats eight around a beautiful wooden table, making it the perfect setting for lively family meals or game nights.
Step through the sliding glass doors and you’ll find a large wraparound deck with a dining table, BBQ grill, and lounge seating. This outdoor space is perfect for enjoying morning coffee as the sun rises over the pines or relaxing with a glass of wine under a blanket of stars.

Tahoe Donner Association has announced new access blackouts and limitations for Short-Term Tenant Access Cards. During these blackout periods, short-term rental guests (including those staying with Tahoe Signature Properties) will not have access to Tahoe Donner amenities.
Our properties are registered as Short-Term Rental Tenant members, which are subject to these blackout restrictions.
We recommend checking the official Tahoe Donner Association website before booking to verify whether your travel dates may be affected:

- Parking Spots: 3; During snowfall, street parking is not allowed due to snow removal. All vehicles must be parked off the street promptly so plows can operate.
- Due to family allergies, Moonridge Lodge is not pet-friendly.
- Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May.
- In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required. If your car is not equipped with either, please be sure to have chains.
- We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, as required by Town of Truckee regulations.
- Full Terms and Conditions are supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation.
- Rental Agreement contract is required for booking to be confirmed and must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation.
