Located on the edge of the stunning Tahoe Donner neighborhood, Hilltop Manor is an enormous 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home, perfect for a family or group of friends looking for a relaxing weekend in the Sierra Nevadas. MAIN FLOOR
On the main floor, you’ll find a beautiful living room, dining room, and kitchen that seamlessly flow into one another. The living room is a large, inviting space with arched windows surrounding the room. The large modular sectional couch with plenty of seating for everyone, mounted flatscreen TV and lovely stone fireplace makes it the perfect place to relax after a long day on the slopes or trails. Here, you can curl up with a good book while the sun streams in through the windows or cozy up during a winter evening for a movie night near the fireplace!

The spacious chef’s kitchen is an incredible space with lots of light from the windows, golden wood cabinets, bright white granite countertops, and high-end stainless steel appliances. You'll be able to enjoy beautiful views of the forest while cooking, making coffee or just cleaning up. With a gorgeous eight-person table, the adjacent dining area is the perfect spot for casual family meals and games or elegant meals and entertaining. 
Just off the dining room and living room, guests can access the main floor patio - a large private space where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air, grill on the BBQ, and soak up the sun in the warmer months. 

Up a small flight of stairs from the main living spaces is the primary bedroom, an enormous oasis from the rest of the house, and features a king bed in a gorgeous frame with high-end linens, a sitting area, and floor-to-ceiling arched windows. This bright and gorgeous space provides a peaceful space to wake up and go to sleep every night. The primary bedroom also features a small desk, a large walk-in closet, and an enormous ensuite with an oversized double vanity, a deep Jacuzzi soaker tub, and a walk-in shower. The tub, situated under large windows is a magnificent place to watch the snowfall in the bubble bath or getting refreshed and soothe achy muscles after a hike.


UPPER FLOOR
Moving to the upper floor, you'll find a bright sitting room with lots of windows and sliding doors to the upper-floor patio. There's comfortable furniture and a wet bar, making it an ideal spot for kids to play, teenagers to hang out or to read a book away from the main floor living spaces.

The upper-floor bedroom suites of Hilltop Manor are beautifully decorated with neutral tones to create a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Each suite is furnished with a cozy queen-sized bed and high-quality linens, perfect for a comfortable night's sleep. The bedrooms also include large private en-suite bathrooms, ensuring ultimate privacy and convenience.

LOCATION + AMENITIES 
Located in the beautiful Tahoe Donner neighborhood, guests can easily access the Tahoe Donner Ski Resort, Tahoe Donner Golf Course and have access to the Tahoe Donner Association’s clubhouse, which features two swimming pools, three hot tubs, two saunas, tennis courts, a cardio room, and a weight room. There are nearby hiking and biking trails and guests also get access to the private beach at the east end of Donner Lake! Both Donner Lake and Lake Tahoe are nearby, where you can go swimming, paddleboarding, and kayaking, hiking, biking and more! Truckee is also known for its charming historic downtown area that features several boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. Whether you are looking for a place to relax and unwind or a place to explore and adventure, this property is the perfect place to call home during your stay!

- In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required. If your car is not equipped with both, please be sure to have chains.
- Property has security cameras; both looking over the driveway and front of the house.
- Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November-May.

Each eligible property is issued 6 guest cards to access the recreation amenities available in Tahoe Donner Association.  Guests that fail to leave all 6 guest cards in the home after checkout will be subject to a $100 fine per missing card. Children under the age of 3 are free.  

Important Notice About Tahoe Donner Pools & Spas:
Please note that the Trout Creek Recreation Center pools and spas will be closed for renovations from September 2, 2025, for approximately three and a half months. This closure is necessary to upgrade the pool and spa mechanical systems, deck hydronics, and pool deck pavers.

During this time, the Northwoods Pool will remain open from September 2 to October 10 (11:30 AM – 5:00 PM daily, weather permitting). Tahoe Donner members and their guests will receive locals’ day/month/quarterly pass pricing discounts at the TDRPD pool with a valid Member or Resident Tenant ID card.
