MAIN FLOOR
One of the standout features of the main floor is the incredible wall of windows that reach all the way up to the peaked ceiling. These windows let in an abundance of natural light and provide stunning views of the snow and greenery outside. Curl up on one of the plush leather sofas and take in the view, or warm up by the large stone fireplace on cold winter days. When it's time for some entertainment, the large flat-screen TV equipped with cable has you covered.

- In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required. If your car is not equipped with both, please be sure to have chains.
- We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, as required by Town of Truckee regulations.
-Full Terms and Conditions are supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation.
-Rental Agreement contract is required for booking to be confirmed and must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation.
