MAIN FLOOR

Upon entering the home, you'll be greeted by a spacious main-floor living area, complete with a large stone fireplace and tasteful Americana decor that creates a perfect Californian mountain cabin feel. The living room is furnished with leather sofas, an easy chair, and a large, wall-mounted flat-screen TV making this room perfect for movie nights, with plenty of seating for the whole family to curl up next to the fireplace after a long day of activities! 

The fully equipped kitchen and extensive dining table offer ample space for preparing and enjoying meals together. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and reveal a serene view of the wooded yard and wrap-around deck.

The primary bedroom, located on the main floor, is a bright, peaceful space. Outfitted with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, you can relax and watch your favorite shows or enjoy the views of the pines from the comfort of bed! The spacious downstairs bathroom features an extra-long vanity with double sinks, perfect for getting ready in the mornings.


UPPER FLOOR
Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms and an additional full bathroom providing lots of comfortable sleeping options for your whole group! The first upstairs bedroom features a queen bed, while the second bedroom features two double beds, fitted with soft bed linens and decorated with nature-themed accents that enhance the mountain cabin atmosphere. The soft, Berber carpet adds to the light and bright atmosphere of the upstairs area.

There are nearby hiking and biking trails and guests also get access to the private beach at the east end of Donner Lake!

Take a short drive to the charming town of Truckee, where you'll find a variety of shops, restaurants, and art galleries. Explore the shores of nearby Lake Tahoe or Donner Lake which offer endless opportunities for water sports, fishing, and relaxation!

Please note: each eligible property is issued two guest cards to access the recreation amenities available in Tahoe Donner Association. 

Guest cards only allow for up to 4 guests per card.   

Guest access fees apply per person per day and vary by activity.
