INSIDE THE HOME
MAIN FLOOR
As you walk through the front door, you'll be greeted by an open concept living room with cathedral ceilings and large windows that bring the outdoors in. The comfortable leather furniture and large stone fireplace create a cozy hunting lodge vibe, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The bookshelves with books add to the ambiance, inviting you to curl up with a good read.
The enormous chef's kitchen is ideal for entertaining or cooking together as a family with enough space to easily spend quality time cooking with loved ones. With new appliances and attention to detail like the gorgeous countertops and dedicated coffee station, this kitchen is sure to impress. The large dining table near the windows provides the perfect view for dinner, and the patio off the main living area is an outdoor dining oasis. The covered area is perfect for hot summer days, and the lounge seating provides the perfect spot for morning coffee or a nightcap in warm weather.
The primary suite is large and bright, featuring a king-size bed, lots of storage, a flat-screen TV, private access to the wrap-around patio and a fireplace that creates a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, ensuring a good night's sleep. The spacious ensuite has a soaker tub and walk-in shower, and double vanity.
The guest bedroom also features a king-size bed, beautiful views of the property, a calming atmosphere, and high-end linens. The office provides double desks, lots of room to work, and a private space to send a quick email or get some work done.
UPPER FLOOR
As you make your way to the upper floor, you'll find a clubhouse area with a pool table, wet bar, arcade game and second living room. This area is perfect for teens, kids, and the young at heart, creating fun for the whole family. Movie nights or game nights can be enjoyed here if people are sleeping on the main floor, and you can spend the evening stargazing with the telescope!
The second suite features a queen-size bed, a unique log bed frame bringing nature inside, a spacious four-piece ensuite with a tub and shower combo, and a large vanity. The third suite also has a queen-size bed, and a spacious ensuite with a four-piece ensuite, tub and shower combo, and large vanity. The secondary and third suites are comfortable spaces to get some rest and are perfect for teens, young adults, or couples.

With 21 acres of property to explore, you can bring your ATVs, dirt bikes, and mountain bikes in summer and snowmobiles, snowshoes, and cross-country skis in the winter. Staying at this stunning lodge immerses you in the Californian wilderness, and while it is secluded, you can still explore everything Tahoe has to offer nearby! Visit Lake Tahoe and enjoy swimming, kayaking, hiking, and mountain biking in the summer. In the winter, Northstar Resort is a short drive away and the perfect destination to hit the slopes, visit the Village and enjoy winter in the mountains. Downtown Truckee is a historic town with heritage buildings and wooden sidewalks where you can learn about the history and culture of the area as well as find great shopping and dining.
