INSIDE THE HOME
MAIN FLOOR
As you step inside the home, you will be greeted by soaring ceilings in the large, formal living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, filling the space with natural light and offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The beautiful, freestanding stone fireplace is the focal point of the room, providing warmth and comfort during cooler evenings. The comfortable furniture and beautiful decor invite you to curl up and enjoy movie nights, play games as a family, or chat the night away after the kids are in bed. The room provides ample space for everyone to gather, making it a perfect spot for family bonding. The living room offers access to the outdoor patio, where you can relax or grill on the BBQ, enjoy the fresh mountain air and take in the breathtaking views.
The large, bright chef’s kitchen is adjacent to the living room, providing the perfect place to prepare delicious meals for your family and friends. The kitchen features granite countertops, top-of-the-line appliances, and plenty of space to work, making it a dream for any chef. Bar seating and a fireplace make this special space the hub of the main floor.
The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and features a six-person dining table with beautiful views out the window of the backyard. The main floor primary suite is large and bright, featuring a comfortable king bed, high-end linens, a flat-screen TV, a fireplace, and private access to the back patio. UPPER FLOOR
Upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms and a large office space with a pull-out couch and laundry room. The upper primary suite is a gorgeous, private and bright room with a king bed, soft linens, a mounted flat-screen TV, a fireplace, a private patio, lots of storage, and a large five-piece ensuite. The ensuite features a double vanity, deep soaker tub, and separate walk-in shower and water closet, making it the perfect oasis in the home to unwind after a day of adventures and wake up feeling refreshed.
The guest bedroom is bright and cozy, with a king bed and cozy bedding, lots of storage to unpack, a mounted flat-screen TV, and views of the neighborhood. The large office space provides ample room for work, with an oversized desk under a window so you have a view of the neighborhood while you work. It is perfect for working vacations or for sending a few emails if you need privacy. The pull-out couch offers added sleeping areas if needed, making it perfect for accommodating extra guests.
