MAIN FLOOR
The main floor living room is a stunning space with a large stone fireplace serving as the focal point of the room. The high-end furnishings and warm decor create a cozy and inviting ambiance, while the floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light all year round. The massive chef's kitchen features granite countertops, custom-made cabinets, high-end appliances, and a large, free-standing, brass hood vent in the middle of the room that adds a touch of opulence.
The main floor dining room provides a twelve-person dining table with a separate bar, bar seating, and cocktail table - plenty of space for everyone to sit down for a meal and the perfect space for entertaining! Here, you can easily host an upscale gathering and have plenty of space for catering staff to work! The main floor has an enormous primary suite with a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, a gas fireplace, a walk-in closet, and a spa-like bathroom with a unique double vanity, a shower room, a jacuzzi tub, and even its own gas fireplace! The suite also features a small private balcony, perfect for a morning coffee or a nightcap under the stars.
LOWER FLOOR
The lower floor offers another living room with plush leather furniture, a stone fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. Here, you’ll have access to a lower patio with a hot tub, perfect for relaxing after an active day exploring the area. The lower floor has a secondary suite with a queen bed and a five-piece bathroom with a separate jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower, as well as a double bedroom with two double beds and a bunk bedroom with bunk beds and a day bed.

This upscale neighborhood provides easy access to Tahoe Donner Ski Resort, Tahoe Donner Golf Course, and the Tahoe Donner Association’s clubhouse, which features two swimming pools, three hot tubs, two saunas, tennis courts, a cardio room, and a weight room. There are nearby hiking and biking trails and guests also get access to the private beach at the east end of Donner Lake! Staying at Mountaintop means that you’ll have plenty of outdoor activities for every interest and skill level year-round!
Whether you’re visiting in the summer and taking advantage of the incredible golf, horseback riding, hiking and mountain biking, and more, or looking for a winter getaway where you can spend the day on the slopes skiing, snowboarding, sledding, and more, Mountaintop Estate is the perfect place for your whole group to bask in everything North Lake Tahoe has to offer!

Please note: each eligible property is issued two guest cards to access the recreation amenities available in Tahoe Donner Association.
Guest cards only allow for up to 4 guests per card.
Guest access fees apply per person per day and vary by activity.

Please note: In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are highly recommended. If your car is not equipped with both, please be sure to have chains.
