Welcome to Wintercreek Mountain Delight, a beautiful family-style home located in the upscale Winter Creek neighborhood south of downtown Truckee. Nestled among towering pine trees, this three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom house features high-end finishes, comfortable furnishings, and an open-plan layout that provides plenty of space for family and friends. With convenient access to some of the area's most popular outdoor activities and nearby amenities like Northstar and Lake Tahoe, Wintercreek Mountain Delight is the perfect base for exploring everything that the Tahoe region has to offer.

MAIN FLOOR

As you step inside the house, you are greeted by bright and airy main living spaces, complete with high ceilings with recessed lighting and soft carpeting that adds an extra layer of comfort. The open-plan layout with a living room, kitchen, and dining area provides good flow and a modern feel, perfect for spending time with family and friends.

The living room features comfortable leather furniture, a stone fireplace, and a flatscreen TV with cable, making it the perfect space for movie nights, game nights, or simply relaxing after a day of adventure. Curl up with family and friends and enjoy the warmth of the fireplace while watching your favorite shows or movies.

The kitchen is a comfortable space to work in, with top-of-the-line stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of storage. The windows in the kitchen make the space bright, and you can enjoy views of the neighborhood while you work. The dining area provides a space for sit-down meals or card games, allowing you to spend time together as a family.

The primary suite is located on the main floor and is large and bright, featuring a comfortable queen bed, high-end linens, and ample storage space. The small seating area and large ensuite with double vanity, deep soaker jacuzzi tub, and separate walk-in shower add to the luxurious feel of the space. Private access to the lower patio with comfortable seating provides the perfect spot for enjoying morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

UPPER FLOOR

Moving upstairs, you’ll find two guest bedrooms and an office. The guest bedrooms both feature comfortable queen beds and calming tones, making them the perfect retreats for rest after a long day of exploring the area.

The office space is sunny and bright, furnished with a large desk and comfortable office chair where you can work in privacy. This property is the perfect place for a working vacation, providing a private space to send a few emails or work on a creative project.

The Winter Creek neighborhood is a prime location for visitors to enjoy an array of year-round amenities, recreation, and sights! The neighborhood is a stone's throw away from the historic downtown Truckee, where you can find a range of boutique shops, art galleries, and local eateries. The area has a rich history and is well known for its restored brick and wooden buildings from the 1800s, giving it a charming and rustic feel. The easy walk into downtown Truckee is perfect for those looking to explore the area on foot.

For those looking for outdoor activities, Truckee Regional Park is a great place to start. This park is open year-round; during the summer months, you’ll find a playground, a swimming pool, and a skate park, while in winter, it turns into a winter wonderland with ice skating, sledding, and cross-country skiing. The Truckee River provides a stunning backdrop for fishing, rafting, kayaking, or simply relaxing by the water. - In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required. If your car is not equipped with both, please be sure to have chains, this home has a steep driveway.
- We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, as required by Town of Truckee regulations.
- Full Terms and Conditions are supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation.
- Rental Agreement contract is required for booking to be confirmed and must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation.
*Agreement must be signed by occupants aged 25 or older.
