MAIN FLOOR
As you enter the home, you'll find a large, soaring vaulted wood-beam ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing abundant natural light to flow throughout the year. On the main floor, guests will find a comfortable living room, kitchen, and dining area, as well as two bedrooms and a large deck. With plush couches, a wood-burning stove, and a flatscreen TV, the living room is a cozy space in which to relax. It’s the perfect spot for movie or game nights, reading by the fire, or chatting with friends late into the night.
The kitchen is a classic family kitchen with charming details and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped to provide everything you need to prepare any meal, large or small! The bar seating is perfect for quick meals or keeping the chef company while they cook. The dining area has a large table that can comfortably seat everyone, and you can enjoy meals or play cards while taking in the views.
Accessible from a sliding door near the living room, the patio is a spacious area with an outdoor dining table, BBQ, and a deluxe hot tub. Enjoy meals outside during the warmer months, and after a long day of exploring, soak sore muscles in the hot tub while enjoying the fresh mountain breeze.
The main floor also features two guest bedrooms down the hallway. The first bedroom has a queen bed, neutral decor, high-end bed sheets, and plenty of storage. It's the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The second bedroom is a bunk bedroom with a double bed on the bottom and a twin on top. It's great for kids, with a small seating area and desk for them to play or draw.
UPPER FLOOR
The upper-floor landing has an office space with a larger desk under the window—perfect for getting some work done while enjoying the view—and a comfortable couch where you can relax and unwind. The bright and spacious primary suite has a king bed, high-quality linens, and a calming atmosphere. There's plenty of storage, a fireplace, and a nice four-piece ensuite. The small private patio is the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee or nightcap while taking in the view.
LOWER FLOOR
The lower floor is the perfect casual family room, with plush, comfortable furniture that's great for hanging out. The lower floor also features bunk beds with a twin on top and bottom, making it the perfect spot for older kids to sleep and hang out, or for movie nights without disturbing the rest of the house.

Important Notice About Tahoe Donner Pools and Spas:
Please note that the Trout Creek Recreation Center pools and spas will be closed for renovations from September 2, 2025, for approximately three and a half months. This closure is necessary to upgrade the pool and spa mechanical systems, deck hydronics, and pool deck pavers.
Tahoe Donner Association has announced new access blackouts and limitations for Short-Term Tenant Access Cards. During these blackout periods, short-term rental guests (including those staying with Tahoe Signature Properties) will not have access to Tahoe Donner amenities.
Our properties are registered as Short-Term Rental Tenant members, which are subject to these blackout restrictions.

Refunds cannot be provided for cancellations related to these blackout dates.

Each eligible property is issued six guest cards to access the recreation amenities available through the Tahoe Donner Association. Guests who fail to leave all six guest cards in the home will be subject to a $100 fine per missing card. Children 3 and under are free.
Please note that blackout schedules are set solely by the Tahoe Donner Association and may change at their discretion.

- We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, as required by Town of Truckee regulations.
- Full Terms and Conditions are supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation.
- Rental Agreement contract is required for booking to be confirmed and must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation.
*Agreement must be signed by occupants aged 25 or older.
