The main-level primary suite offers privacy and comfort with a king bed, spa-inspired bathroom, and peaceful forest views. Upstairs, a second primary suite features its own balcony and striking views of the Northstar slopes, while the upper level includes two additional bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other a charming bunk room with double beds, perfect for kids or extra guests.

Enjoy outdoor living year-round on the front and back porches, complete with lounge seating, a BBQ, and a stone firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. It’s the perfect setting for making s’mores or stargazing with a glass of wine.

- Maximum 2 pets allowed and $100/pet fee must be paid before check-in.
- Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May.
- In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required. If your car is not equipped with either, please be sure to have chains.
- We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM, as required by Placer County regulations.
- Full Terms and Conditions are supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation.
- Rental Agreement contract is required for booking to be confirmed and must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation.
*Agreement must be signed by occupants aged 25 or older.
