MAIN FLOOR
The open-plan living area features a large fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, and comfortable living room, providing ample space for everyone to gather together. Multiple couches and accent chairs have been thoughtfully arranged around a stone fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere for evening relaxation. Here, you can also enjoy family game nights, and conversations with friends, or relax and watch movies on the flat-screen TV.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and high-quality cabinetry, making it a pleasant space to cook, make coffee or whip up a cocktail. The curved island provides a perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or breakfast. The adjoining dining area seats eight, providing a great space to enjoy meals together. The living room flows easily into the dining and kitchen areas, making it easy for everyone to be together. With light furniture enhancing the natural light, you'll have a stunning view of the neighborhood while enjoying your time indoors.

Just off the living room, guests will have access to a cozy patio with an outdoor dining set, perfect for enjoying the views with a cup of coffee or nightcap and in the warmer months, you can dine alfresco! 

The main floor features a primary suite with a king bed, placed in front of a romantic stone fireplace, perfect for cold winter evenings. The large closet offers plenty of space to unpack and store away your luggage. You can unwind with a hot bath in the ensuite, which also features a double vanity and separate shower.


LOWER FLOOR
The lower floor offers guests a secondary suite with a comfortable queen bed, an ensuite with a walk-in shower and double vanity, and access to a lower patio with seating. It's the perfect space to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, there's a double guest room with twin beds, perfect for kids, also with access to the lower patio, and a large bathroom with a tub and shower combo.

Tucked away in North Tahoe's Martis Valley, the Schaffer's Mill community is conveniently located between Northstar and historical, downtown Truckee. In the Martis Valley neighborhood, you'll have access to an abundance of recreational activities, including hiking, biking, fishing and of course, golfing.

Northstar is a short drive away and offers a plethora of summer and winter activities for all ages. In the summer, you can hike or mountain bike on the trails, or play a round of golf on the award-winning golf course. In the winter, you can hit the slopes at the Northstar Ski Resort or take a gondola ride to the top of the mountain for stunning views.

Downtown Truckee is a must-visit destination for anyone visiting the area. Here, you can enjoy local shopping, dining, and entertainment. The Truckee River Regional Park is a great place to picnic, hike, or play a game of frisbee golf!

If you're looking for a water adventure, Lake Tahoe is just a short drive away. In the summer, you can swim, paddleboard, kayak, or boat on crystal-clear waters. In the winter, you can go snowmobiling, snowshoeing, or cross-country skiing on the frozen lake.
