MAIN FLOOR

Step into the large open-concept main floor, where comfort and style come together to create a warm and inviting atmosphere! Here, you’ll find a cozy living room, a comfortable dining area, and a spacious kitchen—perfect for spending quality time with the people you care about. The living room features two plush sofas perfectly arranged for cozy evenings by the gas stove in the corner. Rustic touches and natural accents add to the mountain cabin ambiance, while a large flatscreen TV and media center ensure you won’t miss your favorite shows or movies.

The spacious dining area is designed for gathering and making memories over meals. A six-seat dining table provides the perfect setting for dinner parties or casual breakfasts. Just steps away, the large kitchen is a chef’s dream! Combining rustic charm with high-end functionality, it boasts beautiful wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and ample counter space. The breakfast bar offers a casual spot for morning coffee or quick meals, and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking large meals or enjoying takeout from local eateries.

The primary bedroom is also on the main floor, offering a private sanctuary with high ceilings, large windows that let in natural light, and a luxurious king-size bed. The spacious ensuite bathroom includes double sinks, a separated bath and toilet for added privacy, and access to a private patio where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air.

A convenient powder room on this level completes the main floor’s thoughtful design.

LOWER FLOOR

The lower floor is a fantastic space designed with kids, teenagers, or groups of friends in mind. Two bunk bedrooms, each with comfortable beds, create the perfect setup for younger guests or for the young at heart. The shared bathroom on this level is spacious and functional, ensuring everyone has the space they need.

It’s a great space for kids to play and hang out, allowing parents or other guests to enjoy the upstairs without interruption. It’s a layout that perfectly balances togetherness and privacy.

OUTDOOR SPACES

Bear Cabin shines when it comes to outdoor living! The main floor patio, located off the living room, features an outdoor dining table and a cozy seating area where you can enjoy a good book in the sunshine or a glass of wine under the stars. A BBQ is available for those who love outdoor dining.

The private patio off the primary bedroom is a peaceful retreat, ideal for morning yoga or quiet moments of reflection in the fresh air during warmer months. The lower level opens to a large yard—a safe, fun space for kids and pets to play freely. Comfortable chairs and a seating area invite you to spend time outdoors, soaking up the tranquility of the surrounding nature.

- Maximum 2 pets allowed and $85/pet fee must be paid before check-in.
- We are in a rural part of America, where Google Maps is not always reliable.
- Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May.
- In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required. If your car is not equipped with both, please be sure to have chains.
- We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM, as required by Placer County regulations.
- Full Terms and Conditions are supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation.
- Rental Agreement contract is required for booking to be confirmed and must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation.
- There is one camera next to the garage door and one camera over the front door.
*Agreement must be signed by occupants aged 25 or older.
