This home has been lovingly decorated to be a chic Truckee getaway with comfortable furnishings and light, airy rooms. With the unique, spacious kitchen, large living room, stunning patio views, intimate dining area, inviting conservatory, and stylish powder room, the main level of Holy Cow provides guests with an impressive welcome. As you enter the kitchen, you’ll notice how intuitively designed this space is! With high-end appliances and thoughtful upgrades, this kitchen is a comfortable space for guests to use with ease. Furnished with an eye-catching sectional, beautiful art and antiques, and a large flatscreen smart TV over the fireplace, this living room is ideally set up to be the perfect spot to stream your favorite movies in the evening.
On the adjoining patio, you’ll find incredible, sweeping views of the river and surrounding properties, comfortable seating to enjoy the sound of the river, and a BBQ for alfresco cooking when the weather is right. In the intimate dining room, guests will find a four-person dining table ideal for cozy sit-down meals. On the upper level of this beautiful home, guests will find a primary suite with a private hot tub patio, a secondary queen bedroom, and a full bedroom with access to a lovely four-piece bathroom. The bright primary suite has been beautifully decorated with modern furnishings, a comfortable king-sized bed with high-end linens, and a large, elegantly renovated four-piece ensuite. The adjoining patio is a large space where you have views of the river and a four-person hot tub - the perfect place to relax at the end of the day.
Down the hallway, guests will find two other bright, chic bedrooms. The secondary bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed fitted with high-end linens and offers views of the river and plenty of storage. The third bedroom is similarly decorated and is furnished with a comfortable full-sized bed with soft linens and views of the charming neighborhood. All the bedrooms have a mounted flatscreen smart TV for added privacy and easy access to entertainment.
