INSIDE THE HOME
MAIN FLOOR
As you walk into the Wolverine Truckee Getaway, you'll immediately feel at home in the open-concept main living area. This area is perfect for the whole family to spend time together, with a spacious living room, den, kitchen, and dining area. The living room is a cozy haven with plush leather sofas, vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a stone fireplace, providing a perfect family room to watch movies, play games, or talk late into the evening after the kids go to bed. The large mounted flatscreen TV adds to the entertainment factor, making it a perfect spot for movie nights.
Just off the living room is a cozy den with a comfortable loveseat, a long desk for adults to get some work done or the kids to draw or or read and a flatscreen TV in case they want to watch a movie away from the living room. The small patio off the den provides the perfect spot to enjoy the tranquil surroundings. The large powder room off the den adds to the convenience of the main floor.
The kitchen is a dream come true for those who love to cook. With updated farmhouse-style décor, high-end stainless steel appliances, a deep farmhouse sink, bright blue cabinets, and granite countertops, it's a picture-perfect kitchen to spend sunny mornings making breakfast together. UPPER FLOOR
As you climb the stairs to the upper floor, you'll find three bright and beautifully decorated bedrooms and a large bathroom. The primary suite is a large, bright room with a comfortable queen bed, soft linens, and lots of storage space in the walk-in closet. The small desk in the room provides the perfect place to get some work done in privacy. The large ensuite with a double vanity, water closet, deep soaker tub, and separate walk-in shower is the perfect retreat from the rest of the home. You can relax and unwind after a long day of exploring Truckee.
The two guest bedrooms are peaceful rooms, perfect for getting lots of rest. They feature comfy queen beds with high-end linens and cheerful colors, making it easy to start your day with a smile. The large shared bathroom provides ample space for everyone to get ready in the morning.

Please note: In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are highly recommended. If your car is not equipped with both, please be sure to have chains.
