Amazing house that had everything we needed

Was an amazing vacation and house had everything we needed to cook and workout (weights and bench in the garage). Only 2 suggestions: 1) House needs A/C for summer guests. Upstairs bedrooms and loft were 10-15 degrees warmer then downstairs. 2) Better internet. We had to drive twice down to Starbucks (Truckee) to complete some work and daughter had to finish a paper for college. Internet (Hughsnet) for some reason stops working around 9-10pm nightly.

Everything you need, want & value for a weekend stay. Beware of the local dogs, they are friendly but a little over zealous. Other than that, 10/10 stay & will be retiring down the road.

What a GREAT place! We have a family of 8 and there was plenty of space for everyone. Very comfortable. Everything is high end. The property has great hills for sledding and snow shoeing. Our family made some wonderful memories. Highly recommended.

Can not put into words how amazing this property is. It is byfar the nicest and beautiful house/property I have ever stayed at. My family and I our already planning on coming back later this year!

We loved this property and no one wanted to leave. We are already trying to figure out how to do it again. So much fun! The property was everything we wanted and more.

This was a such a great house to stay at! I was a bit nervous because we had a storm coming in but the house had a generator and plenty of firewood for us to keep warm when the power went out. Even the driveway was plowed the next morning which I wasn’t expecting. Tahoe Signature Properties was really easy to get in touch with and the staff was super friendly.

I've stayed at this property twice and it is excellent every time.

Beautiful home and a very private property - a perfect mountain experience for groups who don't mind being a little distance from the lake.

The house is recently remolded, it's stylish and very clean. Location is OK, about 25 mins to kings beach, the plus side is that you get to enjoy some hiking just around the house and beautiful starry sky. Communication is very responsive. We called them after hours for more dish pods and shampoo and they dropped them off in the morning. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Loved the place relaxing, quiet with no neighbors close and the hot tub was a great plus.

Great house in the woods on a large property. Enjoyed the hot tub, the upstairs game room area, the wrap around porch, and the high ceilings. Home is equipped with everything you need for a weekend at a cabin, and is well loved. Would stay here again.

The pictures do not do this home justice. The house is gorgeous, the amenities are amazing and the communication was even better! I can’t wait to stay again! Fully stocked kitchen, amazing bedrooms and don’t forget your bubble bath to have the best bath of your life!

We stayed at the home for 4 nights. Found the home to be very clean, well maintained, very nice. The highlight of the trip was snow shoeing throughout the property with our dogs. Be aware though if you bring dogs that there are two local friendly black labs that will probably visit. The owners have a bin of snow shoes in the garage which was great. The only downside of the trip was the ice. It was a little treacherous getting to the hot tub or in the front door.

My group of friends were completely satisfied with our stay at this gorgeous 4 bedroom house. We were a total of 4 couples and everyone was very comfortable especially given we all had our own private full bathroom. I was very impressed with the quality of how the house was furnished, especially for kitchen items. This is for sure the first rental I've ever stayed where there's a standing mixer and La Creuset dishes. Also a full suite of cocktail and wine glasses.

We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful house! A+++! It’s very remote which is exactly what we wanted, a beautiful home in a beautiful setting. Easy check in, the house was clean, all amenities available, beds were sooooo comfortable, and check out was easy too. This is the kind of place I leave wishing I could live here forever!

My family had an absolutely wonderful time! The house was beautiful and very well appointed with everything we could want to have fun together. My three teenagers (12,15&17) didn’t even use their phones the whole weekend! We went snowshoeing, sledding and had snowball fights on the property and played scrabble, pool and foosball at night. The hot tub while it was snowing and watching the fireplace from bed in the master bedroom was like something from a fairy tale.

Absolutely amazing experience! My teenage kids and I had every fun imaginable in the snow. It is completely secluded and an absolutely beautiful and well appointed house with everything you need to have fun.

This was a perfect spot for a large family to enjoy a very memorable Christmas. Lots of snow and the amenities were exactly as described. Great communication by owners even answering on Christmas day. A GREAT experience

Our group of 7 had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! Everything was exactly as described. Excellent communication, convenient and easy check in and check out. Private, gated location, about 20 minutes from downtown Truckee. Highly recommended!

House is equipped with everything for kids and for adults beautiful windows that look out to nature. Gorgeous deck and walkway to the jacuzzi. And lots of snow We will be back!

Had it all as billed, beautiful great room with chapel high ceilings and fantastic stonework, fun game room and large high end hot tub, all in a peaceful setting on acreage. We were even able to pull our SUV with Skybox on top into the garage. Well worth the slightly further drive to the mountain to get back to the cabin and have everything we needed and wanted, and for the ones who relaxed at the cabin in lieu of hitting the slopes, they couldn't have asked for a better place.

Upon arrival, we immediately noticed that this home appeared to be just that - a home. It didn't have bunk rooms or makeshift small rooms for extra sleeping arrangements in an attempt to squeeze the most out of a rental. Instead, this appeared to be a well-built custom home with a family in mind. The quality of finish, windows, and doors was immediately obvious, and we felt very much at home here.
