Tahoe Signature Properties has made a change to our software! 
Introducing Track: a state-of-the-art Property Management System (PMS), recognized as the “Vacation Rental Software of the Future” by VRMB. This flagship system automates our daily tasks effortlessly providing premium online solutions for our guests and homeowners.
The most exciting part of this upgrade is that Track allows us to streamline our guests services with its state of the art Track Guest App! Seven days before guests arrive, guests receive an access code to the portal allowing them access all their reservation details plus, a digital binder full of useful resources! From activities and restaurant recommendations, to deals, maps and more, The Track Guest App offers real-time information about the area with no downloading required!

Our incredible Guest Services team leaders, Genesis Diestro and Kevin Hortaleza have extended their hours!
Now available for guest calls from 9am – 7pm (Pacific Standard Time), 7 days a week, not only will our guests have access to one of our incredible team leaders during regular business hours, but they’ll have our expert team for help and support after hours too!

Getting Our Properties Winter Ready!
The winter season is one of the busiest tourist seasons in North Lake Tahoe! When the weather turns crisp, we know that it’s time to start getting the properties we list winter ready!
What does this mean?
Not only do we make sure that your home looks fantastic for every guest who walks in but we also make sure that we take extra steps to prep our properties so guests can fully enjoy our beautiful winter wonderland!
This includes:
- Putting outdoor furniture and BBQs away or covered with the appropriate protective coverings
- Ensuring that each property is properly equipped with shovels and ice melt that is easily accessible for Tahoe Signature Properties staff and guests to use.
- Our inspector will shovel as much as possible in 15 minutes (the allotted time for extra services during the inspection window), if more is required, we will hire someone to do it (at the homeowner’s expense)
- Boarding lower floor windows if applicable
At Tahoe Signature Properties, our goal is to ensure that all our guests have an incredible vacation no matter what time of year they visit and for our homeowners to relax, knowing that we have everything covered no matter where they are enjoying the winter season!

Zuri Coffee Co. Truckee
Owned and operated by Esther and Werner Ospelt, Zuri Coffee Co. was opened in the hopes of creating a space that made customers feel like family and emulated the charm of the cafes in their homeland of Switzerland – and that’s just what they did! This hub of the community is known for its incredible coffee, delicious snacks, fresh baked goods and welcoming atmosphere. And we’re so excited to partner with them!
Now with every booking, Tahoe Signature Properties will provide guests a reusable shopping bag, welcome card, bag of Zuri coffee and one free drink at Zuri!

Palisades Tahoe has long been known as one of the best ski resorts in North America and we’re so excited to partner with them! Every guest who books will receive a code to get discounts on rentals, tickets and more!
