Clean house. Great location and plenty to of room.

We came to King's Beach for a long weekend for my brother's wedding. We brought our 8 lb dog along and she seemed to be just as comfortable as we were. The house was well-equipped with everything imaginable, including ample doggy bowls and doggy beds. We feel so fortunate to have found such a lovely house, with a completely fenced in backyard for our furry friend, and hope to come back and stay here for future vacations. Thanks for trusting us with your beautiful, comfortable home!

We found the Tahoe Blue Haven in Kings Beach to be a great place for a multi-generational family getaway. The hosts have stocked the property with everything needed, from linens to kitchen supplies. The outdoor area is very nice and comfortable for sitting outside before dinner or for early morning coffee. The bathrooms are nicely appointed and updated, and the bedrooms are roomy, especially the "bunk" room with 2 full-size bunkbeds and lots of activities to keep the little ones busy.

Large kids room with two bunk beds, games and play spaces. Comfortable all around and a quiet street too.

I stayed at Tahoe Blue Haven in Kings Beach over President's Day Weekend...had a lovely girls' getaway! First, the location was convenient to Kings Beach, Tahoe City, and Northstar. The Kings Beach Safeway was super close, too. The house was adorable, well-kept, and provided plenty of room for the three of us. We especially liked the large, very well-stocked kitchen and the living area, where we spent most of our time. The house had everything we needed and was very cozy.

The house was perfect for our family which included to dogs. All the things needed to have a great vacation were at the site. Highly recommend booking!

Our family stayed here for a few days for our first trip to Lake Tahoe. The house was fantastic and had everything! Well stocked kitchen, linens, ample seating, etc. Our children loved the bunk room! It was filled with toys and games to keep them busy and backyard was perfect for our dog. I would say that the only con to the house was that it is a long walk to the beach with small children and parking is very limited in the summer months at the beach parking lot.

This was a good house in the Kings Beach neighborhood. The house itself is nice, clean and well stocked. The bedrooms and bathrooms are nicely done with plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The backyard is nicely shaded. There are plenty of chairs and a little round table in the back. We never ate out there but it was pleasant sitting out there while our dog wandered around. It is so nice having a fenced in yard for our dog.

In a word, this stay was Easy! Tahoe Signature Properties is so well organized in terms of instructions that I completed my stay without any interactions \ requests for help. Also, the property was absolutely "as advertised" including cleanliness upon arrival.

The kitchen is full of everything , house is clean and the light and fireplace make the house so warm . Four bunkbeds are good for kids , they are very enjoy this trip . Really appreciate allow puppies to stay . Thanks

We loved our 4-night stay at this Tahoe Blue Haven house. It was a 1/2 mile walk to the shops and a few blocks from a trail that leads to an overlook. The house itself has a nice living area with comfortable seating and a suitable kitchen/dining area. The upstairs has two beautiful rooms. The master had a large closet with a balcony and the kids room with the bunkbeds was well equipped with games and mini tables and chairs for little ones to do arts and crafts.

This home was absolutely perfect for our family of 3 and pup. Wonderful bunk room with toys for kiddo(she was playing up there for hours). The backyard was well fenced for our pup to play in the snow. The house was cozy and clean, definitely felt the warmth of a home and not a rental. Only downside was there was quite a lot of dog poop in the backyard and full poop bags.

This home was just perfect for our family of three and pup. The bunk room for kids was amazing and provided hours of play for our little one.

The house isn’t huge, but it is clean, well stocked and was more than enough room for our family. The upstairs room with the bunk beds is quite large and the kid used it as their own play area/living room. The fenced yard was great for our bernadoodle. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and was nice to be able to walk down to the lake and town. We’d definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and ready for us. It had everything we needed. We will be back again soon.

We had a short ski trip and stayed with 3 kiddos. This was the perfect house for that! From the giant queen bunk beds, to the Lincoln logs, to the train toys, games, coloring supplies, books, etc!!! Very well stocked, impeccably clean, and great bedding! Would love to stay again for a longer time next time.

We had a really great time at this house for a weekend of skiing. Everything was great, the kitchen was well stocked and everything worked great. Highly recommend this place for anyone that wants to get away!!

The house was incredibly clean and well maintained, with just about everything we needed for our one month stay. It is spacious (we had a group of 4) and in a lovely quiet neighborhood of Kings Beach. I would definitely recommend this particular listing and the team at TSP was responsive and easy to work with. All around amazing experience during an otherwise stressful time!

We loved staying here. It has two large bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. This house is much bigger than the photo show. It’s very child friendly. The kids enjoyed the full/queen size bunk beds upstairs. Tons of kids toys. Plenty of yard space. Super clean and very inviting. Bathrooms also fab. We didn’t have any issues with the hot water. I’d highly recommend this house. My one suggestion would be an AC unit in upstairs loft as it gets very hot up there.

This is a beautiful spacious 3 bedroom House with easy access to the beach and stores. We have two young children who absolutely loved the bunk beds - there’s two sets both full or Queen size ... so huge! Their room was filled with cool toys and little coloring desks. They kids were very happy, minus the heat ! The other upstairs bedroom has a gorgeous view and a small deck.

This is a great rental! We loved the location and the home. Very spacious, kitchen is stocked well with utensils and pots, pans, etc making it very easy to cook. The larger room upstairs is perfect for kids with lots of room to play or put a blow up mattress. We would definitely stay here again in a heart beat! It should be noted that because this is a pet friendly home there is dog hair here and there and we picked up some dog poop out of the back yard.

This was a cute A frame on “The Grid” in Kings Beach. Only faults were that the hot water was hit or miss and I bumped my head on the beam while getting out of the upstairs bed. We would return if we needed a place in KB. Dog loved the yard! 

Absolutely the best equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were comfortable with extra blankets and the bathrooms were equipped like a nice hotel. Loved the fireplace that kept the downstairs cozy without using the heater. Salt was provided to keep the driveway clear of ice. They thought of everything to make our stay wonderful.
