“My family and I just got back from Camp Howdy and we had a terrific time. Our family tends to cook most meals in the places we stay, and the kitchen had every pot, pan & utensil you would need. The grill was great too. The house was cozy and spacious enough for our 3 generation family of 5, with the grandparents staying on the ground floor, and the rest above. . Beds were all quite comfortable. The location is very close to shops and Donner Lake, while still being a quiet street. Hoping to return again in the future.”

"The house was exactly as advertised. It was bright, clean and well kept. The accommodations were one of the best we have ever rented. The towels were plentiful and plush. The appliances worked. This was the first time we ever had an actual Kitchen Aid mixer with all the baking pans available. The deck was amazing with many areas to sit and relax. Corn hole was a big hit. The BBQ made cooking easy. It was on a quiet street, close to the biking trails that took us into Squaw Village in just minutes. 8 adults were more than comfortable in the house."

"The house was spacious, well-maintained, and a wonderful home base for our family as we skied and our kids took ski lessons. It was a short drive to the Tahoe-Donner Downhill Ski and Snow Play Areas. The kitchen is well stocked, there are great TVs, and there is plenty of room for people to spread out. Overall, thank you for a wonderful home base for a winter vacation!"
