Tahoe Donner is a beautiful mountain resort that’s full of activities either you’re visiting in the summer or winter time. We’ve recently discovered a beautiful hike/walk that goes along a beaver dam and follows a small creek, you’ll feel like you’ve stepped in another climate zone, all the greenery around will overwhelm you.
If you drive to Trout Creek Rec Center and park your car at the begging of the lot, follow the trail next to the golf course that leads South. It takes about 45 min to complete and it’s only 2.5 miles.
